Love Jamba Juice and their drinks however on this occasion their service is what got them the low stars. I went in to get a drink for my severe sore throat and ordered a medium. I asked for extra ice so that it would be really cold and cut down on the acidity so that I could drink it and asked them to put it in a larger cup if there was any extra. Jamba is a favorite smoothie place with excellent customer service. Despite some rush hour challenges, the staff do a great job blending perfect, chunk-free drinks. The Caribbean Passion smoothie comes highly recommended. Kass, who works there, is known for making the best smoothies ever. With only two locations in the area, customers wish there were more Jamba outlets to enjoy their favorite drinks like the blueberries wild. Lunchtime visits are particularly recommended for outstanding service.
