I spend a lot of money at Jamba. At this location and the Bloomington location. I have a very specific order that was always made how I like it almost every week day for the past two years, as it should for $10, the other day it wasn’t made to my liking so I simply requested a refund. I’m now being told that I’m not allowed to come back to the store and that is outrageous. The staff and management certainly don’t value their customers but hopefully the owner of the location will reach out and rectify this terrible situation, unfortunately I don’t think that will happen. If you’re a customer that wants to like your $10 smoothie, you might want to consider going to a different smoothie store. Owner if you are reading this I would love for you to reach out to me about the matter, thanks everyone for reading about my experience.

I been drinking Jamba Juice since my Arizona days but really great smoothie and really bomb. Hands down my favorite smoothis/slushy place. I just wish they would open more there is only 2 in the whole springs. But excellent customer service. I would recommend Caribbean Passion. That's my favorite drink there.

I was disappointed that the owner only scheduled 1 person to work the lunch hour rush. The young lady did a great job, although the other customers gave her a bit of hassle which made no sense since she can only do what she can do.

Don’t even waste your time here!! This location apparently is supposed to close at 6?? They turned their lights off at 5:40 yesterday!! Today’s kids are soft and lazy and don’t want to work or do anything. Just disappointing..Edit: Also, I’m seeing a lot of reviews about the staff here… and it just proves they are rude kids who do not want to work & close whenever they want. I’ve been to many other Jamba locations and there are usually 2-3 employees working and they get people’s smoothies out no problem. This place doesn’t have an excuse. What a sorry excuse for a ‘business’. The owner & manager need to open their eyes to this issue before they don’t have any customers anymore.
