I was disappointed that the owner only scheduled 1 person to work the lunch hour rush. The young lady did a great job, although the other customers gave her a bit of hassle which made no sense since she can only do what she can do.

Tasty smoothies! The person in front of me ordered like 30 smoothies (must have been an office order). The employees were very sweet to squeeze my order in quickly. I’d go back.

Don’t even waste your time here!! This location apparently is supposed to close at 6?? They turned their lights off at 5:40 yesterday!! Today’s kids are soft and lazy and don’t want to work or do anything. Just disappointing..Edit: Also, I’m seeing a lot of reviews about the staff here… and it just proves they are rude kids who do not want to work & close whenever they want. I’ve been to many other Jamba locations and there are usually 2-3 employees working and they get people’s smoothies out no problem. This place doesn’t have an excuse. What a sorry excuse for a ‘business’. The owner & manager need to open their eyes to this issue before they don’t have any customers anymore.

This location seems to be consistent with getting worse. One time we showed up and it was closed because they were “out of oranges”. This time we walked in and no one was to be seen. I needed to whistle to get the persons attention. I’m a pretty forgiving and friendly person… I had to greet the person and even then, there was no response. I ordered two drinks and majority of the interaction was me. When we got our drinks, I made eye contact, said “thank you” and zero response… this is not customer service. Definitely not the Jamba Juice of any Ca store I’ve been to, this is disappointing. At this point, I will need to spend 3x as much to other juice spots for better service.

Fantastic smoothie, stop! Came here on a hot day needing a refreshment, and it was satisfying! The staff were welcoming and quick to serve you. There was no wait, and it was perfectly blended. Strawberry surfrider is a drink that I've had since I was a kid, glad they keep the classics, but they have added a lot to their menus recently. This a great sweet treat any day!

Showed up at 3 on a Saturday. No one was at the counter to greet us. The kids asked if the store was even open because of the amount of time it took for 2 girls to emerge from a back room. My 10 year old daughter had to yell, “hello?!” before we saw an employee at all. The bathroom was filthy. So gross I couldn’t even use it. I told the gal at the counter it needed to be serviced. She didn’t seem interested enough to care. Overall just a disappointing experience.

Got here at 6:30pm and couldn't order an orange carrot karma because "we close in half hour and that requires fresh pressed juices". Ordered 3 other smoothies and went to use the restroom, it smelled of urine and was rather unkempt. Kind of uneasy about the food service rule, dirty bathroom=dirty kitchen.

Came in here at 1:30 on a Sunday. As I'm walking in, two people were walking out. They warned me that it might take a while. Inside there's a lot of people in line and a couple of people waiting for their orders. After about 10 minutes in line, another couple got out of line and also left. There's 1 person working here, 1! I hope they make a good drink, because last time it was wrong. Whoever owns this place needs to either hire more help or come in and work! Y'all are losing business. 20 minutes to get my order.
