Went in today to get some sandwiches with my husband and asked the man taking my order if they put mushrooms on the steak sandwiches and he very rudely said "uh yeah, do they not do that at other stores" he then said it was a dumb question. My husband and I both walked out and told everyone walking in what happened so they left also. I will never return to this location again.

Will NEVER go back here again. Absolutely abhorrent service. My place of work did a $300 order and a sandwich was missed. We double checked the online order and the receipt to ensure it was not our mistake, but the sandwich was missed. I called to explain the situation and the guy I spoke with was kind and told me I could come back for the sandwich. About three minutes later the supposed cook calls me back to tell me she made all our sandwiches and this one was not missing. Mind you we ordered a box of sandwiches and about 15 individual sandwiches, wouldn’t be hard to miss one. Not only did she accuse us of lying about it, she said she would not remake the sandwich for us. She continued to argue with me regarding our missing sandwich and when I asked for her name to report her to the manager, she hung up on me. My own manager tried to call THREE TIMES and they would not answer. All of this over a $10 sandwich. That person should be reprimanded for approaching the situation as she did. To even call me back and proceed to argue about it was incredible and I will NOT be recommending or visiting Jersey Mike’s anytime soon.

My wife introduced me to Jersey Mike's few years ago and I love it! I have been ordering from the one on Interquest Pkwy and they are always on point and quick. However, I made a mistake and ordered from this location and took forever. Couldn't get a hold of anyone to make changes to my order because the website doesn't have the options that I like.

This place is a joke! We placed our order online at 8 o’clock and they said our order would be ready at 8:29.We show up at 8:30 and their doors are locked. We knock on the door we see employees and they see me and They were just standing around vaping in the store and ignored me. I tried calling them and they wouldn’t answer. I tried calling their other location and they wouldn’t answer I don’t see how it’s legal that they took my money and refused to give us service when on their door it says they close at nine and online it says they close at nine. I could understand if the weather was bad but the roads are completely fine and there is no snow. To the owner “Nate” thanks a lot for closing early

Honestly if you guys are closing early or anything you should take your online ordering service offline!! I love your food but honestly after calling two different locations because the first location is closed AN HOUR EARLY!!!! Nothing on the door at all, I tried calling while employees are in the store and I get ignored and then the phone gets taken off line or I get blocked(?!?) when all I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK! How hard is it to answer the phone while you are still in the store VAPING, especially if you are closing outside of your normal time. Absolutely ridiculous and constitution location doesn’t close till 10 and they love to sit there and let the phone ring until they decide to hang up. Horrible horrible service. Do not waste your money or time here unless you physically see them making your food so you know what you’re getting.

I got the food I ordered in a reasonable time and it tasted as expected.Parking: Not their fault but the shopping center needs to fix the pitiful parking lot. Don't be stingy. They pay you good money. You can keep you parking lots in better shape, shopping center owners

Always love me a sandwich from Jersey Mike's, a great and efficient location, asked for extra juice and still needed more, plus they were out of some popular chips at the time! Next time I'll just ask for a side of juice too. It's ok they were getting their shipment that day so understandable that they might be out. Went in to grab some sandwiches today and was very disappointed to see a disgruntled employee raising her voice at other employees and customers. She then proceeded to say in front of everyone that she “doesn’t care” and “doesn't need this job”. She raised her voice and was quite rude to an elderly man that didn’t understand what mikes way was which resulted in 4 customers walking out of the store. I feel bad for her coworkers who did an excellent job not letting this situation get to them.

We swung by Jersey Mike's for some dinner on a Monday night. I always live this place as I think it has the best subs. Mike's way all the way and the turkey isn't dry like it is at other places. The sandwiches are juicy and delicious! The bread and ingredients were fresh. The restaurant clean.As an update to my review, I wanted to recognize Mike for his impeccable acts of service. Took good care of n of t just my wife and I, but every customer that came through the doors. One guy was talking with the guys while they grilled. Super chill, but focused on the customer. The customers all seemed absolutely enthusiastic about their experience in a sandwich shop of all places.He made some menu recommendations, packed up half our sandwiches to go, doubled the meat because of ours wait and genuinely seemed passionate about creating the perfect sandwich. His attention to detail, friendly attitude, and dedication to customer satisfaction made the entire visit enjoyable and absolutely commendable.They could have served me garbage and I still works have enjoyed myself.
