I love Jersey Mike's, first time coming to this location, and I thought it was an awful experience. The food was fine but the service was awful. The girl acted like a was dumb because I was asking her to do it a certain way. She was definitely Incredibly rude with sparky comments when I asked her to label one bag and if I could do the mayo portion towards the end of my sandwich since I was doing two. Definitely not coming back to this location.

We had a great experience at this location! Chance made our subs and they were perfect and delicious. Bread was fresh, made exactly as we ordered them, and all the young men were polite and kind. Will definitely return.

I ordered a sandwich online, it said it would be ready at 11:41, but I got there a little early (11:37) no worries I thought, I'll just wait a couple minutes...I've been sitting at the window for 20 minutes past the time it was suppose to be ready! 20! MINUTES!! For a cold sub! I'm just watching the teenagers inside run back and forth without even looking this direction as tickets keep printing to the floor of the register...this is wild and not in the good way.

The food was alright, not too impressive, and watching an employee touch a chair and then the door to the outside and then refuse to switch gloves before helping customers is 🤮

We ordered our food in the drive-thru line at 12:34 p.m. per our receipt with only 1 car in front of us already at the window. The individual taking our order initially read our order wrong (removed 2 out of the 4 sandwiches when he read the order back to us). We reordered and ensured it was properly inputted. It took about 25 minutes from that point for the car in front of us to receive their order. We paid and requested a receipt which showed the correct order. We did not receive our food until 1:20 pm. We did a quick scan and saw 4 sandwiches, but needed to get home and feed people. When we got home we realized that one of the giants was a regular and was completely the wrong sandwich. I love Jersey Mike's and have never had a better experience, but this store specifically is awful and we will not be going back.

****Update I just wanted to share that the owner or regional Director of this particular location went above and beyond to make a wrong right *******

I just wanted to say that in all my visits to Jersey Mike’s I’ve never had a bad sub until today. First of all the gentleman was slicing the ham and it was gray and I said can I get something different? That meat doesn’t look very good. So he obliged and started cutting the new ham. Overall, it was the smallest sandwich I’ve ever had the bread was old. This is highly unlike a Jersey Mike’s location. Dare I say it tasted like Subway, which is vile. Oh and I paid $26 for a giant sub combo.

The restaurant is a mess! No attention whatever to sweeping, table maintenance, housekeeping. Dozens of supply boxes stacked up in the rear of the shop, cardboard boxes broken down laying on dining table. Despite the unpleasantness of the restaurant, the sandwich was fine but overall, sour dough!

I love the customer service. Just look like you don't have a clue, and they are right there, answering your questions and orienting your taste buds. I live the cold cut menu.

Very long wait inside. They prioritize the drive in customers first. Trash was overflowing and tables were not cleaned. Workers seem thoroughly confused and did not follow instructions on what we wanted on the sandwich. One of the worst Jersey Mikes I’ve been to.
