The restaurant is a mess! No attention whatever to sweeping, table maintenance, housekeeping. Dozens of supply boxes stacked up in the rear of the shop, cardboard boxes broken down laying on dining table. Despite the unpleasantness of the restaurant, the sandwich was fine but overall, sour dough!

I love the customer service. Just look like you don't have a clue, and they are right there, answering your questions and orienting your taste buds. I live the cold cut menu.

Very long wait inside. They prioritize the drive in customers first. Trash was overflowing and tables were not cleaned. Workers seem thoroughly confused and did not follow instructions on what we wanted on the sandwich. One of the worst Jersey Mikes I’ve been to.

Came in at lunch, one person ahead of me in line. Took about 5 minutes for anyone to even take my order. Waited another 15 minutes. The person behind me came in ordered at their food and mine hadn't even been started yet. All the workers there were more interested in socializing and have fun with each other. Instead of doing the jobs they were hired too. Jersey Mike's has good sandwiches but don't go to this location

Notice your customer when they’re in for a pick up they kept it behind the counter for 15 minutes before talking to me again one guy asked name and said nothing else waiting another 15 mins. Would’ve cancelled the order had I had the option. I’m on lunch I don’t have 30 mins for a pickup order!

Best sandwiches !! Tons better than anyone else in the Springs !

Honestly, don’t go here. It’s so disappointing. If you made sandwiches like this in Jersey there would be problems.

First all having teenage looking boys running store produces teenage boy results. Un-attentive to detail and lazy.

If I order a cheese steak I expect the cheese to be combined with the steak. Not cheese on one side and steak on the other.

In addition if I order a certain kind of bread I expect that bread.

I really wish this location gave a damn about what a Jersey mikes cheesesteak should be and taste like. I’ve tried too many times and have been disappointed every time. I even put time in between getting orders here and it gets worse and worse. If it’s not the actual sandwich, it’s the service and vice versa. Yall should be grateful this isn’t located in NJ or you would NOT do well with the very frank feedback people would give you in real time. Corporate please get your act together and review this location asap.

My self and my Significant other both got food poisoning. We felt really bad minutes after eating. The workers were rude, gathered and stared, weren't helpful at all, they refused to remake a sandwich that was practically soup. 0☆ was not an option. Felt very unwelcome, didn't want to eat in

I'm not a fast food lover... but honestly the number 13 at Jersey Mikes is very good, and I think the quality of their ham and sausages is very good because they have someone who produces their own sausages, that detail of placing them in plain sight that they have. Its own brand to ensure its quality is a great point in its favor for me.

Worst sandwich I’ve had in a very long time. I ordered a BLT and received a SOAKING wet sandwich that was soggy. The bacon was crumbled and looked more like bits and tasted burnt. Do better.
