I placed an online order for a roast beef sub from this store on Tuesday and this is what I got. I've been ordering this sandwich for over 10 years so I know that this not what is usually given. There should be at least 3x the amount of meat on this sub. Also, usually the roast beef is rarer so obviously the quality has gone way down as well. This is the third time I've had an issue with this store. I called the store and the manager hung up on me. I'm appalled with this experience and I will think twice about giving them my business again. The upper level management really needs to get this store into shape.

I visit the Garden of the Gods location quite frequently at lunch during the week, and the young adults that work there are fantastic. Very respectful, fast, and seem to handle the rush of customers well, even with limited staff. I hope these workers are taken care of by the company, it can be hard to find quality employees like these!
I've come here multiple times where there is only 1 person working during a lunch rush. I usually order online and expect to pick it up promptly, not have to wait for an another half hour. Won't be coming back

Given this place a few tries gotta be real here… these guys need some serious help during rush hour aka lunch hour. They look stressed and lost! I stand in line of 7 for close to 10 mins and feel for them! The service is very slow, I watch customers shake their head while they walk out. It makes me think twice about coming here because I’d rather not spend my day in line feeling like I need to go back there and help the poor guys.

I was hesitant to order from this location due to bad reviews I had seen on Google and Yelp. However, today, I was craving a Philly, so I decided to give it a try anyway.I work from home, so I ordered a Philly with extra meat off of Uber Eats, so I could work until the food arrived. The food took less than 30 minutes to arrive at my door and the bag still felt warm.Upon opening the wrapper, the sandwich was hot, fresh, and definitely had the extra meat I ordered. The cheese was melty, the meat was cooked and seasoned perfectly, and to top it off the onions and peppers tasted fresh and were also cooked perfectly. I was pleasantly surprised and hooked from the first bite, all the way to the last.With my personal experience, that sandwich earned all 5 stars and then some. I’ll definitely be back to this location for another Philly.

Loyal jersey mikes customer here. This location needs some major TLC. I’ve probably had 10 sandwiches from this location, have never been particularly impressed with its cleanliness or quality of subs compared to other j mikes locations. This time the place was very dirty, all ingredients were low, and the kid making my sandwich genuinely made me feel like taking my simple order was a nuisance. The bread was hard, lettuce was soggy. Owner/manger- please work with your employees to do better.
