Awful experience. Ordered online. Showed up at the time indicated and then waited another 40 minutes for an employee to begin making my two sandwiches only for the employee to misplace them in another customers bag and give it away. Thinking I was confused and querying about my order, the employee says my order has just gone out and must have been stolen. The employee then does not offer to do anything until I ask for a refund because I was done waiting 50 minutes after my order was supposed to be complete. Frustration was for dinner tonight.

UPDATE (24 May 25): After this experience, the owner of the store contacted me and expressed his strong desire to correct the issue. I [hesitantly] went back to this store for the first time and was pleasantly surprised all around. The staff appeared much better trained and my experience was much smoother. I have updated my rating to reflect this significant improvement and the owner's clear desire to provide a positive experience.

Surprisingly poor experience. Placed a pickup order on the app, showed up 2 minutes after its pickup time, place was empty, they said they had not scene my order. 15 minutes later and as they hand me the bag they tell me that my 2 cheesesteaks didn’t have onions because they were out. Onions is one of the 4 ingredients of the sub, it seemed like something they should have told me before they made it. I asked for a refund because of the no onions and late, as the person was talking to his coworker I could hear him mocking me to his coworker. They gave me the number of their of the manager who was not working, she was helpful. Seemed like the people in the store were more focused on hanging out and talking than making the food

The 3 ladies working tonight at 540pm were doing an amazing job despite being short staffed. They communicated professionally and kindly that they had a bit of a wait time due to a sudden online order surge. They still took the time to prepare the food how I asked and it was delicious. Thank you so much ladies. Today was a rough day for me, the food made it alot better.

We always come to this location and have always had great sandwiches and service. This last Saturday was not like normal. The young lady with long blonde hair seemed annoyed that we wanted 3 giant subs after she asked what we wanted. The two young guys were so helpful with toppings n drinks. I paid and we sat down to eat. She asked one of the other coworkers to get something and he said you can say please. She got mad and told him to shut up very loudly in front of all the customers while she was making a sandwich. My young daughter was like wow mom someone is mad are we safe I said of course. I was in disbelief that she said it and so loudly and in front of everyone. There is no way I’d allow staff to talk to each other like that and especially not in front of several customers. I know I’ll be back cause we usually have no problems but that lady needs a talking too in my opinion.

This was all about the order. I had Uber eats deliver it. I paid for extra bacon on my BLT and did not receive that. I’ve ordered many times in person and know what extra bacon and the up charge gets me. Since I wasn’t there to watch it being made, they don’t seem to care about what the customer ordered. Super frustrated.

I was recently diagnosed with a food allergy and have been hesitant to go out to eat because of it. My husband and I went to JM a few weeks ago and I informed an employee of my allergy. Fiona was so kind and happy to clean the work station to accommodate my allergy. She also informed her coworker, Nick, of my allergy, and he changed his gloves before preparing my sandwich. I really appreciated how they made it seem like no problem to take the extra steps to accommodate me. Because of their kindness, I’ll be frequenting JM more often, knowing they won’t make me feel like an inconvenience.
Also.. the subs are the bomb!!!

We ordered online 3 sandwiches and a club supreme bowl. The order was not ready on-time so we had to wait an extra 10 minutes. The club supreme bowl had very little dressing (mike's way) on it and it had not bacon, which we paid for. The cheesesteak was good but the other sandwiches were lacking seasoning and sauce. I feel very cheated by this location after leaving a tip and the order total was over $60. I will not be ordering online again here.

Above and beyond customer service! Ordered a sandwich through Uber eats, but they accidentally forgot one of my sandwiches, and when I called them, they personally sent someone to deliver it! They made it right, and the Big Kahuna is so tasty!

I’ve been a regular customer at Jersey Mike’s, ordering online through their app about once a week. I always get the Club Sub with pickles on it, and it’s frustrating how often my order is messed up. Nine out of ten times, they forget to include the oil and vinegar on the side as requested. This results in the bread getting soggy and inedible by the time I eat it later at work. When they do remember to put it on the side, it’s often not properly wrapped in cling wrap, causing it to spill all over the bag, my drink, and even leak through the bag into my truck—making a mess everywhere.

On top of that, there was barely any meat on my sandwich this time, which is a big reason why I come to Jersey Mike’s—to enjoy the substantial amount of meat. Normally, their subs are loaded with delicious, generous portions of high-quality meat, but this time, it felt like they were just cutting corners.

This recurring issue points to poor management and lack of proper protocols. It’s evident that there isn’t enough supervision over the staff or a standard process in place to prevent these mistakes. I’ve only received my order correctly once—without the oil and vinegar on the sandwich, but with it neatly wrapped on the side. At this point, I’m very disappointed because I genuinely enjoy the food at Jersey Mike’s, but I’ll likely start going to other places now.

Horrible experience with Landon!!!! We ordered one large giant sandwich and one regular sandwich but was charged for another sandwich. When I called to explain we were charged for the extra regular sandwich Landon argued with me and tried to say we wanted the other sandwich! Only three people were eating - two splitting the giant & one eating the regular, this makes no sense. Extremely argumentative & some of the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with!! I will never come back! $12 out the window for nothing and a horrible worker who doesn’t take customers into consideration with anything. He is very toxic for your company!

Also, the sandwich station was very dirty!!

Wife ordered bacon on her turkey sandwich and there was no bacon and we paid for it. I don't mind paying a high price for a good sub but can you please get it right!!
