Awful experience. Ordered online. Showed up at the time indicated and then waited another 40 minutes for an employee to begin making my two sandwiches only for the employee to misplace them in another customers bag and give it away. Thinking I was confused and querying about my order, the employee says my order has just gone out and must have been stolen. The employee then does not offer to do anything until I ask for a refund because I was done waiting 50 minutes after my order...

The 3 ladies working tonight at 540pm were doing an amazing job despite being short staffed. They communicated professionally and kindly that they had a bit of a wait time due to a sudden online order surge. They still took the time to prepare the food how I asked and it was delicious. Thank you so much ladies. Today was a rough day for me, the food made it alot better.

We always come to this location and have always had great sandwiches and service. This last Saturday was not like normal. The young lady with long blonde hair seemed annoyed that we wanted 3 giant subs after she asked what we wanted. The two young guys were so helpful with toppings n drinks. I paid and we sat down to eat. She asked one of the other coworkers to get something and he said you can say please. She got mad and told him to shut up very loudly in front of all the customers...
