Not a fan of the toasted chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Chicken was super dry and pretty flavorless. I got excited when I saw it cuz it's one of my favorite sandwiches, but overall I'd say the sandwich was a 3/10. Not worth $23 to be delivered.

I do like this location, pretty easy to get in and out of, but there is limited parking in the area. You might have to park a distance aways and walk. The food is good and the service is pretty quick, I had a positive experience ordering on the app and then picking up. I would recommend!

Parking sucked before they closed Tejon, but now it's even worse. The city has also blocked off previously available parking spaces on Pikes Peak. And they wonder why restaurants are closing down in the area...

I love Jimmy John’s! When I was in Colorado Springs for work, I was at our company’s local office without a rental (I used an Uber). Well, it was a frigid 20°F and I decided to just order in. I turned to my trust Jimmy John’s app to place a delivery of my favorite sandwich and chips: The #9 Italian Night Club with Salt & Vinegar Chips and a bottle of Dasani.
The delivery took a little long but it still arrived. And although I didn’t dine inside their store, it still tasted as good as if it had eaten it freshly made from their counter.
I’m so thankful for the delivery service and the young gentleman who brought my order was able to follow the directions to the office and instructions to the 2nd floor.

I order from this place often and never had an issue. But the last time I ordered they messed up my sandwich order. When I called them about it the girl told me my next sandwich would be free. I called today to order. The note they put aside said I would get a credit for chips. I don't order their chips because they are too hard for my teeth. So not only did they mess up my sandwich, but what the girl told me and what was noted were two different things. Since they can't get things straight and didn't honor what they had originally told me I didn't place my order. Won't be ordering from this location again.

They don't bother to read orders and get them wrong every time. Then they get an attitude when they struggle to follow simple directions. Then they hang up on you when you call to tell them what they've done wrong. Long live Jersey Mike's Jimmy John's isn't even that good anymore. I've ordered from them for the last time.

I like the spicy Italian sandwich in JJ. However, I did not enjoy the punk attitude from the youngster trying to be cute! Kept calling me dude in a place that I am 4 times older than him. I came close to let him have it for his insolent attitude but I let it go. There was a female older than this punk who prepared the sandwich and I asked her to make sure that sandwich was cut in half and she said that is already cut - again, one more attitude!!!
It struck me that JJ atmosphere is eat it and beat it. I dont care how good the food is; I will not give give JJ my business.
PS, I am NOT looking for a free sandwich or a discount!!!

To be honest, I have a stutter, and had it since I was a small child. I want to start with that to explain where I’m coming from. Today was about the 4th or 5th time I’ve been looked at as lesser of a person by the cashier at the counter. It’s almost like it’s an inconvenience to them, which is kind of odd to begin with? I understand they have no idea probably on what it’s like to stutter, it’s embarrassing already enough, and their reactions make it even more awkward. It’s painfully obvious based on the rest of the interaction that they find it annoying. I usually don’t like writing reviews but honestly I’m just a little ticked by it because it’s not friendly customer service at all.

I order the same thing every time I go. Being pregnant it's all I want, and it always satisfies my cravings! So I go about once a week.Well, this location completely ruined my sandwich!I ordered The Pepe sandwich customized adding jalapeños, onion, cucumber and crispy peppers. I got that with ham and cheese, but not with everything else the sandwich is supposed to come with like tomatoes, lettuce, etc.
