This is my favorite Jimmy Johns location. I order like everyday and they're always so kind and quick. It's also the most yummy food i've had. The inside is also super chill and a nice place to study/hang out with some friends and eat. Thank you Jimmy Johns for being the best

Great sandwiches, and delivery used to be great...but my last two delivery orders from this location have been missing items, first 2 chips, now a brownie. Even a 25% tip can't seem to get an order double-checked before heading out. Hoping delivery service will improve when teens get out of school and start snagging the summer jobs. In the meantime, I'll be opting for that OTHER big delivery sandwich shop.

So frustrated, order once a week and pay with tip $40 for 2 people, sandwich, chips, and 1 pickle. Great quality of food, EXCEPT it does not fail, they forget the pickle or one of the chips. Now the bread is stale!!! Now it shows on the "Tracker" that I have received the food and I am not getting for almost 10 minutes AFTER it was marked, "EAT!". When I call the gal answered said they mark it delivered when the delivery person walks out the door, it is how their system works. I have been ordering for a long time, I have not seen that before. Guess I will start to brown bag it!
