The guy with red and blue hair was so so rude. When I asked to put in my number for rewards he became even more rude and then didn’t offer me to redeem the reward I wanted. When I asked him he gave me attitude and told me that he would have to put in a whole new order. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. this guy sucked and I am extremely disappointed with my experience.

so my husband ordered 3 sandwiches on my doordash account from this jimmy john’s. i get a call from them (im at work) and they tell me that they don’t have door dash drivers come there and they don’t have a driver to deliver it so we’d have to come get it. i say ok im at work, let me call my husband and i’ll call back. my husband says he fine with picking it up so i call back and let them know. they person on the phone, Jeremy, says “oh okay” in a weird way so im like “is that an issue” and he says “well we’re actually out of the stuff for one of the sandwiches” ok sir why didn’t you say that the first time you called me?????? before i called my husband to see if he’d go pick it up??? so i just told him cancel it. he said okay but on doordash it still shows as an active order. we would like our money back and i will be calling again tomorrow to speak to someone about this.

The young man with the PINK HAIR is a very poor representation of the company!!A very nonchalant attitude  and I could tell immediately  that my experience was going to be a 1 out 5...It was just that!This location was out of bacon, wraps, and pickles... ordered online and still had to wait 10 minutes for him to throw something together. There was at least one thing wrong on every sandwich.The food was terrible and the customer service was the same!!Definitely a 1/5!!!  From looking at the reviewsIt definitely looks like this is STANDARD for this Jimmy John's location !!No ACCOUNTABILITY at this location! Don't waste your time!

Updating my review to 5 stars for promptly responding to my complaint and making things right. I received a replacement order that was much better and to the standards of good quality sandwiches I’ve received in the past and as a loyal customer that comes here often. Thank youOrdered a #12 and #15, I’ve come here a lot since I live a couple blocks away, but this order was by far the worst I’ve ever had, they literally gave bread that was more stale than a brick, biting into the sandwich literally cut up my mouth. This is unacceptable, corporate needs to take a look at this location. I’m extremely disappointed to have given this place my money.

Slowest Jimmy John's I've ever been to. Expect to wait a ridiculous amount of time for a single sandwich. Today I waited over 30 minutes. Staff didn't let anyone know it would be a super long wait. Terrible location.

By far the worst Jimmy John’s we’ve been to. The last 3 times over the last 3 weeks, we’ve been told the worker is alone and backed up. They actually recommended to us that we leave rather than order food. Each time we go back hoping it’s been resolved but third time was not the charm.

Walked in and ordered a giant tuna. Employee took my order. I went next door to buy a bottle of wine. Came back no one was in the store. There was a sandwich on the counter which I took assuming it was my order. Got home and it was not a Tina sandwich. Called the store and got the manager who number 1 said he couldn’t find my order for more than 10 minutes. I told him I would complain to JJ corporate and he found my order. He supposedly credited back my debit card so we’ll see. Total incompetence and no customer service!! I will not go back to this store!

Order $50 worth of sandwiches for my family as we are staying at Great Wolf Lodge with smaller children. None of the sandwiches were cut as ordered. The main problem was the half of the sandwich bread was inedible on all the sandwiches. Like cut your mouth they were so dry. There’s no way we could feed them to our kids. I called to let them know and they said they wouldn’t believe me until I brought all the sandwiches back in which was impossible to leave again with the kids. Absolutely ridiculous. The manager wouldn’t even speak to me. He would only communicate through the kid on the phone who was quite rude.

Our order was incorrect. None of the sandwiches were cut in half and we ordered them for children. More than half of the sandwich was inedible on ALL of the sandwiches because the bread was so hard it was painful to eat. I called to let the store know and the manager said there as nothing they can do about it. This is ridiculous because we spent $50 in food only for half of it to be inedible.
