I will never in my life get delivery from this store again. I am 5 minutes from the store and it has taken over 1 hour for delivery. This is unacceptable. I call the store and tell me my order has just left. See the photo? I dont even have my order yet. I'll just go get Subway next time

Horrible customer service 👎 shoutout to Denise for being so INSUFFERABLE

Falsely advertising their sandwiches. Poor service, slow delivery. The worst part is I ordered a sandwich and when it came to me it was basically a loaf of bread.

Great food ordered it online. They are slow as hell. I ordered it out like 630 and it got here at like 730 will not be ordering online again.

I am a regular JJ shopper, it's an easy and delicious option. But honestly I hate the fact that I had to move from up north to the Cheyenne location because of the experience I have. The older woman who is usually working I'm not sure of her name, but she has long hair is incredibly rude. Every time I see her as I approached the building I have to brace myself for a painful interaction. Not only is she rude and off-putting but it's very difficult to give her instruction because she's too focused on getting me out of the store. Everyone else is wonderful, but she's a real pill. I've worked in food service for 17 years and know it's a thankless job, but I also give 100% while I'm at work, I don't expect 5 stars, just to be able to place my order and leave without a headache. Looking at the MANY other comments, this is a trend and her name is Denise. It's disappointing that JJ has done nothing about this as of yet.

Freaky empty is more like it. I can't get served any time I go to JJs. Waste of time and money for flavorless "sandwiches" (more like bread with lettuce). Go somewhere good like your own house and make a PB and J. Anything can't beat this trash.

Says store is open but employee won’t let customers inside with an hour left of closing

Their hours clearly say open until 9pm. I got there at 8:50, opened the door and was immediately told they were closed. Two things are obviously wrong there. It's not 9 and the door is still open. Get your shyt together.

Absolutely horrible customer service by the worker Denise. Called to place an order and she seemed to have zero customer service. Even got my name wrong for the order somehow, and when my wife went in the pick up the order she didn’t even acknowledge her presence for close to 5 minutes and ignored her the entire time she was there, simply because she didn’t want to “take her gloves off and then have to put new ones on”. Used to love this location but never coming here again until they hire people who actually know what they’re doing. Not even going to get into how nasty the sandwich is. Horribly slopped together.

Called to check on an order that was taking an usually long time, my app was only showing my order had been received. Now I've been ordering from this location for a while and they always are super fast. Winston answered the phone and as I was asking about my order he thought it would be cute to be sarcastic and rude to me. Always loved this location but probably won't be ordering from them any longer.

Terrible service by manager. Worker was terrified. Mustard on EVERY sandwich, on the outside. This is the “extra” bacon. Missing cheese, bacon and pickles. I’d give 0 star if I could. Half dine in, half dine at home.
