Every time I order they forget something. Every.single.time. I try to give them another chance and they never get better. Tonight. I ordered 5 sandwiches, 5 drink, 5 chips, 5 brownies. They delivered, 5 sandwiches, 5 brownies, 2 chips, 2 drinks. No straws. I called back the man said he would send the driver right back (I live max 2 min away) what did he bring back? 4 drinks zero straws zero chips. Now they are closed. So frustrating!!!!

This has to be one of the worst customer service situations that I have ever experienced! I ordered food that never arrived and when I called hours later I was told “it sais it was delivered so I don’t know what to tell you” I requested a refund which I did not receive. Then I decided to give it another try and order dinner for me, my sister, and brother in law. After an hour I called to see what the deal was considering the selling point of jimmy John’s is “freaky fast delivery “ very calmly I explained the situation and was then transferred to a “manager “ who accused me of cussing out her employees and said they were short staffed because a driver had called out do to cancer while she audibly laughing the whole conversation. Not only did I not cuss at anyone I also don’t appreciate her trying to make me feel guilty by using cancer as a sympathy card.

I ordered a 8" sandwich and a coke. I received my order, thanked the counter staff. Turned to leave and remembered I needed to use the men's facilities, put my order down and asked an employee if I could quickly use the restroom. This ladies statement was "no they are closed", not nicely, not I'm sorry for the inconvenience, just plain rude! The gentleman behind the counter said "its ok and to go", but after that I was just plain mad. Since when is it ok to deny a paying customer the use of the facilities! If she were my staff you would be fired, and from what I have read here, this lady needs some serious retraining or a new job! Customer service is dead! Never again Jimmy Johns, never again.Rich C.

The in-store crew absolutely kills it everytime I go here. Terrific employees and consistent quality food made in a reasonable amount if time or better.This store has hard working and polite employees who always make it right if there's any problem. I don't order delivery so I can't speak on that.Inside of store and bathroom have been clean when I have been there and I am thankful for that.Critical note: one gentleman (who I have only seen once) could definitely use improvement at listening to what a customer is ordering or ask for clarification.The miscommunication did make me end up with double my order (they made it giant instead of regular) but I wasn't too upset because I had lunch for the next day. The price for what I ordered did seem a little high but it was for more people than just me. So it didn't raise any red flags, but it can definitely be avoided in the future.Always check your order before leaving!Thank you Jimmy John's Team!

This location is awful. I often order for delivery and this is the location that pops up for me. I always order double turkey on my sandwich and actually get it about half the time. So this place pockets extra money quite a bit from me when I don’t get what I ordered. They also overcook and burn the bread a lot. When I do decide to go in, the staff is often rude. The other day, I asked for a mayo packet because I wanted more mayo and was met with a rude remark about there already being mayo on my sandwich. I will now go out of my way to visit the next closest Jimmy John’s location.
