So fast, so good
So slow! Came here bc JJ's is always fast, but at this point, I've been waiting 30mins, and it's taken up half my lunch time from work. I can't leave or go inside bc I'm stuck in the drive-thru and waiting on the order I already placed. This is frustrating!
Come here often but i think I'm going to start going elsewhere. Slow service, terrible customer service, dirty store. Im writing this review as I am sitting in the drive thru. Do better or you'll be out of business like a lot of other places.
Ordered a sandwich that I payed extra to add cheese on for delivery, it was delivered with no cheese, also wasn't cut in half like ordered from their app. Called back, Zack answered and only offered to credit back the extra cost for cheese, also had an attitude, saying everything else was on the sandwich, so crediting back the cheese should be fine. The whole point I ordered the sandwich with cheese is because I wanted the sandwich with cheese... still haven't gotten the credit back either. Definitely not ordering from this location again.

The new hot sandwiches are great. Great additions to their menu which was already the best of any sandwich shop IMHO.
Like to close their doors 3 hours early
It's my go to when I want to have food catered. I like their prices, and their food is okay. Nothing fancy, but they have a number of options to make it individualized.

they close at 10 i came by around 9:40, understanding that it was late I was gonna tip quite generously, however, the door was locked and the workers just stared, so I left. I would understand if it was maybe 5 or 10 min before close but I was 20 min before 10.
The restaurant was very clean, service was excellent, and the food was fresh and good. Will definitely come again.

Just left this Jimmy Johns where I just watched the whole staff help an older gentleman move and fix his car I will absolutely recommend coming here 👌

I had the Tuna sub from a different location years ago and it was the best sandwich; very flavorful! I ordered it again today and it was the worse sandwich. The bread was hard, they didn't send the chips that I asked for, they sent what they wanted and the girl that delivered it had a very nasty attitude! You guys need to do some retraining or get some coaching from Chic-fil-A, cuz I will not be ordering from you again!

As someone who works and has a schedule to maintain I was extremely displeased with my service today. Ordered food at 12:28 order did not leave until 1:04 according to the app and did not get to me until 1:40. Keep in mind I work less than 5 mins away. Initial requests to figure out where my food was at were met with getting hung up on and unanswered calls. Only after my persistence was the driver called to get an actual ETA. All that was irritating enough but then I was given pesto salad that by JJ's own label says should have been tossed 2 days ago. Truly a crappy way to treat a customer that has bought way too many sandwiches from this location alone to be treated like this. Y'all can definitely expect a complaint to corporate/franchisee on this one.
