I love this place! I am no sushi connoisseur, but I know what I like & the sushi here is always fresh, yummy & plentiful! I moved from NY/NJ to San Antonio, TX & for 2 years I could not find decent sushi. So when I found Kanpai in Colorado Springs I was thrilled!

This place is amazing! Such delicious sushi with fresh and quality ingredients. I also loved the fresh side salad with citrus dressing. Our waitress was delightful and the restaurant felt very calming and cozy. There are large windows throughout, so if you time it out right, you can watch the sunset over the mountains while you eat. Highly recommend and this will be our go-to spot for sushi.
