Update:The best option for Venezuelan food in Colorado. Excellent grill. Always maintaining great flavor and quality.How nice it is to find a little corner that takes you home. Run by its owners, Kariacos is that space that takes you and reminds you of Venezuela. The food is excellent and of great flavor, very good attention from the owners, friendly and helpful. So glad to have tried this place! Very clean interior. The food was very good and so fresh! I got a plate with grilled steak, rice, pico de Gallo, avocado and plantain chips. All delicious! I left very full and felt really good eating real, healthy food. The prior day we ate at Chili's and everything tasted fake. This place is a hidden gem! Can't wait to go back!
