Although the food taste is acceptable, the service at this KFC store is TERRIBLE! I visited the store around 6 pm on 3/12/2024. The front-desk staff member had an extremely poor, cold, and negative attitude towards work. She gave me the impression that she utterly disliked her job and had no interest in seeing or assisting customers. While I would recommend finding a job that you enjoy, if you choose to work here, please do so professionally and treat people with kindness.

Avoid at all costs if you’re a doordash driver. They said it would be 6 minutes, which is already unacceptable, but then proceeded to take half an hour.

Kaitlin Osgood was amazingly helpful while handling a flood of orders coming in. My order was quite complicated as I was picking up food for 10 people. She made sure my entire order was correct and to top it off she gave us tons of sauces to make sure everyone had something they liked. It's people like her with her charismatic attitude and attention to detail that make this KFC amazing! Thank you so much for the amazing experience!

I was in there yesterday and picked up a 8 piece dinner and first off I told them the last time I was in there they forgot a large coleslaw so they gave that but the coleslaw was completely dry and had no taste but that’s not it the eight piece was only 7 pieces and 3 of them were just ball of batter with no meat and they tasted old and very dry they put the smallest pieces they could put in there and it was garbage the only thing that was ok was the biscuits the mashed potatoes and gravy did not taste right at all and today my father and I are feeling very sick it’s the worst meal I have ever gotten and the one I got before this was not good either this KFC is turning into the rest of them that just don’t care and serve garbage and the place looks dirty it’s was new looking and the service was great in the beginning but when you spend almost 50 dollars you expect a good meal if you want garbage then stop by here and waste your money and get sick by the way I was very polite when I was there there was no reason for this they are so lazy they are cooking chicken and letting it sit way to long

I specifically requested an original breast, with a small mash and potatoes. I sat down opened the box to find two pieces of chicken, one thigh and one wing. I returned to the counter to tell the server about my request. He took the box and returned the chicken to the heating tray. He then gave me a box with two breasts and potatoes. I said I'd only ordered one breast. The manager then brings out my order. Hard that they can't get a simple order correct... but worse that they returned the chicken to the tray. I could have touched the chicken. Not the best sanitary practice.

Me and my Dad went for the Chicken Fried steak meals and said two with two drinks. Nolan is apparently hard of hearing and doesn't have deductive reasoning skills when there were two of us and ordering dinner. *We were certainly not going to share one meal. Instead, having to be inconvenienced by waiting for the second meal and having to pay twice.

A bad visit to this location. My food was available quickly but upon driving back home, I discovered that my order was wrong and had been 'shorted' by two pieces of chicken. I kept that order for my trouble and went back, showed the person at the register a picture of my order, and it was then replaced. They put in a few extra pieces of chicken but no one even appeared to be sorry about the mistake. Also, I had to more or less coach them to fix my order and to throw in a bit extra. Again, not a good visit and, if you get a to-go order here--common as this location is inside a Wal-Mart--be smarter than me and double-check your order. No issues with the food. It was good but food never tastes quite as good when you have to make two trips instead of one and when the folks at the restaurant don't seem to appreciate the trouble they caused purely from their own incompetence.

I ordered three three piece dinners online. I was given a choice of delivery or pick up. I selected delivery. I got an email saying my order was ready for pickup. I called and said I wanted delivery. They said they don't have delivery. I said cancel my order. They said they couldn't do it I would have to go to corporate to cancel the order. I found someone to go pick up the order and told them just give them my name that the order would be waiting for them. They brought my order and there was only one three piece meal and that wasn't even complete as I had ordered an extra side which was not there. To top it off I was charged for the full three meals that I had ordered.
