A bad visit to this location. My food was available quickly but upon driving back home, I discovered that my order was wrong and had been 'shorted' by two pieces of chicken. I kept that order for my trouble and went back, showed the person at the register a picture of my order, and it was then replaced. They put in a few extra pieces of chicken but no one even appeared to be sorry about the mistake. I ordered three three piece dinners online. I was given a choice of delivery or pick up. I selected delivery. I got an email saying my order was ready for pickup. I called and said I wanted delivery. They said they don't have delivery. I said cancel my order. They said they couldn't do it I would have to go to corporate to cancel the order. Kaitlin Osgood was amazingly helpful while handling a flood of orders coming in. My order was quite complicated as I was picking up food for 10 people. She made sure my entire order was correct and to top it off she gave us tons of sauces to make sure everyone had something they liked.
