Apparently one must itemize their entire order; even when they were VERY SPECIFIC about the order that had to be repeated THREE times only to have it completely FUBAR when it’s finally delivered. Fries are less than half full and stale, even though I asked for marinara all THREE times I had to repeat my order I still got NONE!! One of the better sonics in the springs
I visited around noon on 7/21/2026. The staff member with blue hair (a young woman, approximately 20 years old) was exceptionally rude and impatient. I’m unsure why she displayed such anger (as I don’t know her and have never spoken to her before) and a VERY NEGATIVE attitude toward service.
