My husband and I wanted dessert, so we ordered 2 Sonic blasts at the drive-thru. We waited 23 minutes for our order, half that time behind the car in front of us waiting for their order and the other half waiting at the window for our own order. The kid who was working at the ice cream machine walked away from it more times than we could count, and also turned his back to his work repeatedly in order to talk to the kid working at the grill. He made my blast, then proceeded to set it aside while it took him about another 5 minutes to make my husband's blast, leaving mine to sit on the counter and melt to runny milkshake consistency. Neither blast was well mixed. I ordered extra candy in mine, paid for the extra candy, did not get the extra candy. The girl who took our order did not even come to the window to collect our payment until the order was ready and melting. So yes, we sat at the window for 20 minutes before anyone inside the restaurant even acknowledged that we were there. Very poor service. We will not be spending our money at this location for quite awhile, until they've had the opportunity to clean up their act. I'm thinking Dairy Queen blizzards next time.

I asked for a cup of water and they charged me .70 for the water. I don't necessarily have a problem with this but I wish they would have told me so I could have just gotten a drink. I feel like that's a bit much for a cup of water.

Came around 10pm. Chicken Tenders were amazing 10/10! Fries tasted 1 day old and were cold 1/10. The young man handing food to me was efficient. The other employee seemed tired, and or overworked. I hope things get better for them!
Got to the drive-through order a cheeseburger with pickles and ketchup and a double cheeseburger with bacon only received one of my items and they thought I was asking for a meal on just the cheese burger totally unprofessional and unacceptable because they’re talking to each other in the background instead of payn attention to their job they would rather joke in horseplay then answer people on the drive-through waited 10 minutes on a drive-through ridiculous
