1. Couldn't hear the person taking the order - she said they're having problems with the speaker2. I specifically requested and extra biscuit with the order and paid extra to get it. I had to wait because they were making fresh biscuits. When I finally got my order and went home, the additional biscuit was NOT in the bag!!!! How hard is it to get a single meal order right?

The food is the type and quality you would expect from KFC, and I've never been dissatisfied with it.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to mount the sidewalk, and the doors are of sufficient width to accommodate wheelchairs. The door is manual, however.
