I made better tacos at home before
My friend and I went to this La Casita to pick up a take-out order for the Navigators. We ordered 60 flour tortillas. The tortillas were ready, hot, and smelled fabulous. The price was very reasonable and we didn't have to wait too long.

We went here to try a small bite. 25 DOLLARS worth of food for one platter and the portion of meat was so small. There was more rice than meat and the food was dry. Rarely leaving the restaurant my Man LEGIT throws up in front of the restaurant no joke. DO NOT come here.

Food quality has recently gone down. I ordered a chicken fajita burrito, expecting fajita vegetables (which they used to do) and only got lettuce and cheese.

Came in to buy a dozen tortillas and politely asked for salsa. You’d think I asked for the keys to the building. The guy flat-out said “no” in the most smug, smart-ass tone possible. No explanation, no courtesy, just attitude.
If basic customer service is too much to ask, just say that. Tortillas were fine, but the experience was so unnecessarily rude it completely ruined it. Plenty of places sell tortillas without acting like you’re inconveniencing them by existing. Won’t be back.

Returned after a break. Pot holes in the parking lot no mas. Mercy, how long were those around?! Food was always worth an axel. Service spot on. Miss that salsa bar.

I ordered Christmas Tamales for pickup on Christmas Eve like I have over the last 20 years. They were busy as always but so unorganized this year, I waited 45 minutes just for them to put 2 dozen tamales and 2 dozen tortillas in a bag and hand them to me. When I went back to the counter to ask about my order it was immediately filled and handed to me. So sad to see how bad customer service has slipped over the years!! By the way not even an apology was given!

Um there was 3 people working during rush hour... I would blame that on bad management. The people who worked there seemed nice enough but waited in the drive through for 45 minutes before I had to just ask for a refund and move on to a place that accommodate. They did offer a drink for me waiting but didn't accept maybe next time I give arl review on their food
