Website states they are open, drove all the way across town to find out they are closed til summer. Maybe you should change your hours of operation so you don’t waste other people’s time and fuel.

Went this morning and grabbed 3 breakfast burritos with green chili. This little place is amazing. Might be the best green chili breakfast burritos in Colorado Springs. Ill be sad when they close for winter.

This was our second time to camp here. First time was about 4 stars - nothing bad, excellant location, facility above average, and great personal. Second stay was above board, trip was a nightmare, blowout on 5th wheel trailer, after arriving tow vehicle had issues and had to be towed to dealership, our sweet pet of fifteen years died and it took several days for repair on my truck. We ended up having to stay several days longer than planned, and our site was booked solid for other campers, but we had no way to move our rv. The camp staff really stepped up and rescued us. Especially Jessica, she was an angel and we can never thank her enough!! I would also like to thank James who was a big help also. This team help make a terrible time bearable. I would give this resort 10 stars if I could!!

EVERYBODY SHOULD EAT HERE! It’s open to the public, not just folks staying at the RV park. Excellent breakfast burrito (my boyfriend said it was in his top 5 best in his life) that came with a side of pork green chili, which was flavorful and not too thick. I could eat a whole bowl of it. Also, stellar and fluffy pancakes. Friendly service and picnic tables outside. Nice bathrooms too. Highly recommend!

Great location close to Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Florissant Fossil Beds NM and Red Rock areas. Pool looked nice but didn't use it. Staff was very friendly and helpful answering questions. Needed something delivered via Amazon without any issues so really appreciated that. Sites are very close together but are well rocked and concrete which we appreciated so there is no dust or dirt. Only con for us is that when we were trying to enjoy the outdoors at our site there was heavy cigarette and pot fumes coming from the long term sites which we really didn't appreciate.

My guy and I split a delicious deluxe burrito and two huge pancakes; plenty for us foodies. The chef was friendly and fun to visit with as well!

The park is not well cared for. Sites are too close together, especially on each side. We stay all over. This park was the worst. Heavy traffic all night. Not a “resort”. There are two pools which were clean. Won’t be back

Best breakfast burritos we’ve found!! And it doesn’t hurt that they are the nicest people serving the best burritos :)

Fantastic food, ice coffee was amazing and the owner was incredibly friendly. Green chili is to die for! Seriously, visit this place, you will not be disappointed!! I hate that we only got to go once. We've been back from our trip for over a month and I'm still thinking about this place!

Excellent service, very accommodating for picky eaters, and the food is great! I had a super tasty veggie burrito, some also flavorful breakfast potatoes, a nice piece of French toast, and a water- all for less than $20 w tip. ?

Incredibly friendly and welcoming. Breakfast dippers make for some handheld deliciousness, but grabbing a seat at the benches to enjoy the syrup is advised. Chili Verde wasnt on the menu, but was worth the stop alone.Inside the RV park, but park around the building the food truck is settled next to. Easy to get in and out.Just like other reviewers, I failed to get a pic because I didn't wait long enough before tearing into it.

Great family friendly environment with kind and professional staff. James made us feel at home. The park was also pet and kid friendly. Our boys loved the arcade and pups loved stretching their legs at the dog park. The park was quite and close to GOG and Cave of the Winds.

We stayed at this park based upon a recommendation and were not disappointed. The staff is excellent, friendly, they guide you to your site and help you pull in. Sites are gravel and as level as they can be when park is built on an incline. Leveling was not an issue. The park is quiet (except for the freeway noise), the showers and bathrooms are clean. Being an urban park, sites are close, but there is still room for all activities. Utilities worked great, wifi was good. We absolutly would stay here again.
