These folks are doing southern BBQ right. Brisket you can cut with a spork, and fall off the bone ribs will not disappoint. Eat at Otis!
If food is life, then the living is good at Otis’s Alabama BBQ where you will find the best BBQ outside of Texas. Stephen Eshelman, the owner, is making fall-off-the-bone ribs as well as perfectly smoked brisket and pulled pork. These are accompanied by a range of sides, including cole slaw, potato salad, baked beans and a green chili with brisket in it.
