“Oh my goodness. This place was a dream. The service was so incredible, the owner is super kind and cares about everyone that comes to her truck. The food is absolutely delicious! My mouth waters thinking about it. The green chili smother burrito was delectable and the portions are definitely the type to fill out up and leave you satisfied for hours! And for the price that is hard to beat especially with such yummy food! This place deserves more attention because damn is it good.“

“I live in Denver where it’s easy to find authentic tacos. There’s not many authentic tacos here in the springs. This place is definitely one of the absolute best authentic tacos I’ve ever had!! They were incredibly delicious!!! My coworker and I could not stop talking about how good these are. Highly highly highly recommend!!“

“If you are looking for the best pork lechon belly in Colorado Springs area, I highly recommend RJ foodies... Their lechon pork belly is very crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside... It taste like the traditional Pork lechon you taste in Fiesta in the Philippines but it's more of like the Cebu style taste which is my favorite style of lechon... It also comes with yummy sauce, the Sweet one Lydia's sauce and their personal soy sauce... Their serving for the price you pay is very worth the money... I highly recommend it!!!“

“Good food, great menu, beautiful desserts, wonderfully cold A/C, clean restaurant, newly paved and striped parking areas, kind workers, pleasant atmosphere (although a little tight when it gets crowded.) I am not Cuban, but the food felt like comfort food even to me, so I can imagine Cubans having some memories of family cooking and feel a little nostalgic eating here. They do offer a military discount. I would say if there were any critiques I could give, it would be to offer refillable fountain drinks and to improve the bathroom situation (you have to use the one in the adjoining business), and it is pricey for what you get. But you can tell these folks love what they're doing and are taking great care to make this a place you love to eat at.“

“Marcos taco is the best Mexican food here in Colorado Springs I’ve been to a couple of spot but nobody got them street tacos like Marcos I got back every time I want some real Mexican food even tho it’s far from where I live it’s worth the drive“

“The food is excellent and they are huge portions. I always have half a burrito left for the next day. If hey make their chips fresh and you get free chips and salsa while you wait. Really good. And way better than casa Grande and half the price of Fiesta. Highly recommend it. I’ve heard some don’t like it. Don’t understand unless they are more concerned about the ambiance than the food. Sorry I’ll take good food over some overpriced food in a nice bldg.“
