I give a 1 star cause they don't understand you on the speaker when giving your order then when you get up to the window they still don't understand your order after repeating it 5 times.

We’ve moved to the Springs a couple years ago and have been loyal customers to Los but tonight we ordered from UberEats and saw they have drastically raised prices. After receiving our food we noticed the quality is worse and they’ve removed guacamole from plates. Why should I pay $19 for a plate that was $15 for less food? Hopefully this was a pricing error because we love being customers of Los but if this is in fact their new prices then we will easily take our business to Gordos

No bueno.
I had high hopes for this place when I came in for a late lunch, but unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. I was very hungry, which might have heightened my expectations, but the food fell short. The overall flavor was lacking, and even the salsa—usually a highlight in Mexican cuisine—tasted more like spicy, colored herbs than something fresh or flavorful.

The most off-putting part was the red enchilada sauce. It not only lacked the depth of traditional flavor but also had an unpleasant taste and smell that strangely reminded me of transmission fluid. It was difficult to eat and left me questioning the quality of the ingredients.

Overall, it was a regrettable dining experience that I wouldn’t recommend to others.

I recently moved to the Westside & was on a quest to find a good spicy smothered bean burrito close to home. Los Carnales satisfied what I was looking for, a good flavored spicy smothered burrito @ a decent price to boot. Indeed, a was a pleasant surprise. This will be my go-to spot when I crave Mexican Food!

Wow. Just wow. We are from Texas, so we know what good Mexican food is. We had the cheese enchilada plate. It was very fresh, they may have made the enchiladas on the spot. The red enchilada sauce was great. The rice and beans were perfect. If we lived here, I go back once a week.

Chorizo and egg Taco with red sauce🤌Im from Texas so I like breakfast Tacos. Its not on the menu, but they make them if you ask AND they adjust the price. The friendliest Mexican restaurant I've been to in the Springs and Denver.

We try to go here often but our order is always wrong when we get home. Spent 50 plus dollars too. We will never return again. The lady that takes out order is rude and doesn't seen to care at all. Get a different job! U are horrible at yours!

Aside from the food being late, they ignored being asked to remove the pico from a burrito. On top of this, they didn't give us our drink and the "chips amd salsa" was just a to-gp container of chips with about 3 bites of pico de gallo.

Definitely a "hole in the wall" type place, doesn't look like much from the outside, but the staff was so nice, and the food was SO GOOD! Highly recommend 👌👍
