The food was amazing. Here's my complaint. Prior to going to the restaurant, the hostess told us that they were accommodating to food allergies, but when we arrived and asked questions around which foods could be substituted, there was little to no flexibility for my girlfriend who has allergies to gluten and dairy, leaving her to eat a salad. 
Beautiful views to admire while dining on contemporary cuisine . Staff very professional and courteous. Manager inquired about our satisfaction. This restaurant is a great date night destination for visitors to Colorado Springs and residents alike .
Our group of eight ordered everything from appetizers to drinks and main meals. The waiter, Evans, took care of every need. The salmon was cooked perfectly. Beef Stroganoff, delicious. Although we didn't order the Braised Bison Ribs, they are one of my favs. The Chipotle Wings were a bit too spicy for one guest, but she devoured the mashed potatoes and shrimp. The brussels sprouts is an absolute must as a shareable. The drinks, Falliato and Fall Foliage are also a must try....
