No idea why anyone would rate this place less than a 4, they must be insane. We got the spam bowl and ramen, and handmade dumplings (gyoza). Absolutely phenomenal. Best dumplings I've had outside of kyoto japan. Ingredients were perfectly fresh and delicious. Owner is super nice and friendly. 10/10

This is an amazing little restaurant, the food is amazing, the service and employees are phenomenal, and the atmosphere is incredible! I come here every time and I’m at the mall. Would definitely recommend to friends and family! :-)

Hubby and I swung by today to grab lunch while we were out running errands and I was blown away by this place. For a food court situated food joint, Mama Fang's did not disappoint.

My husband had the spicy pork ramen and the broth was tastier than some of the local ramen places around the springs! We also had their soup dumplings (the green onion and chicken) and were floored at how delicious those were. I had the spam bowl and every single bite was perfectly...
