We just ordered a pretty large pick up order for Caldo Rez, Birria (shredded beef, not goat) tacos, barbacoa street tacos, a smothered burrito, and some sides and oh my goodness is this place worth it!!!!
All the homemade salsas, consommé is exactly as it should be. The broth for the Caldo Rez.. i could drink alone.
Cannot wait to try the pazole! My husband said his pickup was wonderful. Thank you Maria’s taco shop for some traditional food!

The server/host working today was great at his job. You don't usually get that kind of service at small hole in the wall mexican restaurants. The food was good too, big portions and low prices. We will definitely be back.

In Colorado Springs from Montana and looking for authentic Mexican food. This was highly rated and close to our hotel. So glad we went.

Group of 7 stopped by Saturday night for quality Mexican food and that’s exactly what we got. Service with a smile, all items came out hot and fresh, good mix of salsas, sauces. Our meals ranged from the asada burrito, smothered burrito, barbacoa plate, asada fries. All wee thoroughly enjoyed. If you’re in the area, stop by for quality Mexican food.
