My husband told me I had to try this place, and he was right. It’s been hard for me to find a Mexican restaurant I like in the springs, but I think I finally found one! The food is really good, prices are fair, and the staff are friendly! While we were here, they had an unruly customer throw a tantrum and make a mess worse than my 3 year old (who just looked uncomfortable at his behavior), and the staff handled the confrontation extremely well. I hope that man doesn’t come back, but we definitely will!

Not sure why I never tried the food here in the past but wow! It's really good! While waiting, they let me try a sample of menudo. It's fresh and tasty! We'll be back to try some more dishes.

Their menu has Flying Saucers and says 2 chicken, beef, or Carnitas for $10.36. I asked what a “Flying Saucer” was from their menu and was told “Flower” despite the poor explanation I still ordered 2 flying saucers @ $10.36 like the menu says. My gf ordered 2 cheese enchiladas with no beans which was listed at $6.42each. I was charged twice for the flying saucers and also for an additional enchiladas meal. Our total was $52 dollars then we were charged an additional $11.34 for the extra enchiladas plate and all was paid in cash. We were straight up ripped off so I took the food back up to the counter and told them I only wanted the drinks and I wanted the money back for the food. No one working understood English well enough to understand that I wanted a refund. After talking to one of the managers using the cell l phone of one of the workers. We were only given $30 back and kept the drinks and enchiladas which we later found out had beans even tho we said “no beans” several times. I do not recommend this place to anyone who appreciates good Mexican cuisine and acceptable customer service.if your order is simple like a taco or burrito or if you speak fluent Spanish, you might get lucky. 0/5 Stars

Ordered food from their website for pickup. They refused to give us our order and refused to refund our money because their tablet was broken even though we had the receipt. I will never order or eat here again!

I normally don't waste time on reviews but this is necessary. We ordered food from this place to give it a try, boy was I wrong . I don't even know where to begin. To start the food was not even seasoned, and didn't realize they charge extra for everything that was normally added in a burrito, my husband was just the tortilla with meat. I could have done that. The Tamarindo tasted like they just poured into a cup from the commercial bottles. Lastly, the rice pudding was not rice pudding, it literally looked like regular cooked rice and cinnamon with a little milk basically dry rice.

Tried this place for the first time today. I had a carnitas burrito and, wow. It was so good. Delicious fried pork with the perfect amount of pico and sauce. It was a very large serving size as well. The person at the window was friendly. The wait was perfect too; not very long but not so quick as to be concerned about quality. I'll be back.

You call on the phone to make an order. Menudo and she say we don't give prices over the phone. 8 years living here never tried Mauricio's. Never going there! Lol what a JOKE!!! Plus I read some of the reviews. They think people don't pay attention to food details. Tsk tsk Cockroaches on soda machine. Wow they might need to be reported to the health department in Pueblo. What's this establishments health Rating? Owner can you post it here?
