Drive through didn't move at all for about 10 minutes, so we decided to go inside. Took about 20 minutes to get out food, which was incorrect and was brought out by an employee for dine in (we were takeout) and just wandered around looking for who it goes to. Asked if it was ours and he said he had no idea. While waiting I witnessed them mess up two other orders and forget a mobile order. No one was able to move faster than a slug. Ridiculous

There is not a single time I’ve been to this McDonalds where it didn’t take them over 20 minutes to get me through the drive thru. Every time without fail I end up sitting in the drive thru long enough to realize I made the worst decision in choosing food. 20 minutes for this garbage that is never made correctly, and they keep raising the prices like this is actually real food?? Go ANYWHERE else.

I went through the drive through today around 6pm. I ordered the buy one get one for a dollar. (Let this be a perfect example that you get what you pay for) while eating my burger I encountered a long brown piece of hair in the burger.. I called the restaurant and after requesting a refund and offering to bring the piece of food in Matt told me that all I need to do is take a photo and bring my receipt. After I get there, I’m told by a young man that I can’t get a cash refund since I paid with my card. Then Matt comes over and tells me that he refuses to accept the photo that HE asked me to take so he could give me the refund. He suggested that I talk with his store manager in the morning so I will definitely be there to make a formal complaint. My meal was 8 buck's. It’s not about the 8 dollars, it’s about the principle of the matter. Matt is very unprofessional and clearly doesn’t care about the customer’s experience.

March 14 was a snowy day in Colorado Springs. Schools, offices and medical facilities were closed. All Starbucks and Dunkin' Donuts were closed. All indie coffee shops seemed to be closed. When Julie took our order for coffee, I said, "And you had to come to work." She replied, "I *got* to come to work." What a great attitude! I learned a great lesson from Julie.
