I went through the drive through today around 6pm. I ordered the buy one get one for a dollar. (Let this be a perfect example that you get what you pay for) while eating my burger I encountered a long brown piece of hair in the burger.. I called the restaurant and after requesting a refund and offering to bring the piece of food in Matt told me that all I need to do is take a photo and bring my receipt. Not a very welcoming environment, everyone seemed super busy. Only Christine in drive thru was friendly. Food was standard, but had a mix up with the order that took a while to get fixed.
