Went through drive thru to order a couple double cheeseburgers and a 4 piece happy meal for my son. Both burgers I ordered were made incorrectly. My son’s happy meal didn’t have any sauce nor did they give the extra fries that they offered over the apple slices. Then when I’m at the window getting my food the kid working the window first forgot about my drinks then damn near spilled it on me because the lid wasn’t secured. Not impressed.

This used to be my favorite location. BUT SERVICE HAS GONE DOWNHILL. My oreo McFlurry came with oreo only on top and the lid not attached so I had oreo all over my lap and my car seat immediately. It took an employee 3 times to bring out 3 items from a drive thru mobile order. And I was given the wrong receipt.

One of the few McDonalds that offers a fast drive thru with usually accurate orders. French fries can be hit or miss but burgers are decent.
Picking up is normally for deliveries is great here. I did not appreciate a lack of communication from an employee to result in my communication to a customer to be all messed up and the manager came out when I did not request a manager and it was not needed. The employee only had to communicate well and she failed. Manager appearing after her failing to communicate was a lack on herself. Manager was not needed. I just wanted the communication to be correct so I got angry.

Rude manager refused to give me the district managers number then wanted to argue I have it all recorded. Sat in line never heard no one say anything then when I get annoyed and be rude they refuse to serve me. Maybe the girl needs to talk louder.
