This McDonald's is clean, newly renovated, and has a good mountain view from the dining area. It was a perfect spot for an early morning visit.

We Placed order at 710, store not busy, received food at 725. No drinks. Asked about drinks when someone came up to the counter - was told they were being made in a rude tone. At 740 we asked a kid taking food out to a customer outside who the manager was and the kid mumbled either Brandon or Bryan. Asked them to come over. No manager came to talk to us. Got last drink at 745. If there was something wrong with the drink machine, no one said anything. No one seemed to care to help. Very rude staff. Unprofessional. Unprofessional manager on duty by not talking to us. Very unhappy. This is why people dont come in anymore.

Food here is consistently good (hot fries, good Coke mix, good cheeseburgers, etc) Our go to when we crave McD's or need a quick meal.
On this occasion there was some good customer service from the Manager there that is noteworthy! We went through the drive thru and ordered a few happy meals for the kids. Used the App, redeemed points (which I never do) and the points came off but was still charged. Don't know what happened there, but asked the manager and after a bit of a miscommunication (probably from me!) he finally understood and refunded me. Many thanks for making it right!

Manager took over 5 minutes to take out order. He had his cell phone out the entire time. Then when I pointed it out he tried to blame my wife for not getting the order correct. Paralyzed from the NECK UP!!!! Stay Away!!!

Idk who was working today but ordered through DoorDash just to only get half of a container of fries and a small lemonade tea in replacement for a LARGE $5.99 frappe which is BS. Bag was sealed so I know dasher didn’t get to my food and checked for bag fries too in case they fell out. Requested a refund through app. Ordered between 12:30-1pm.

Worst McDonalds ever. The food is always old and even when I asked for fresh food they gave me old cheeseburgers. I even tried asking for no onions thinking they would be forced to make it fresh. Somehow they have managed to give old cheeseburgers still. I even asked for Military discount which they do have and was met with huffs and puffs from the cashier. I was forced to say forget about it.
