I had written a post that McDonald’s made a significant error on a drive-through order. I ended up having to throw the meal out. I went back in today and I mentioned that to them and they were very courteous about replacing the order and apologizing profusely so I just wanted to leave a follow up

I’ve been here a couple of times… and I always get my orders made wrong. Today I decided to go inside.. the girl working on my order was complaining about wanting to go home due to how slow it was, and was communicating to her coworker that my exact order was the reason she couldn’t go home , and looked straight at me sitting in the lobby! I think that was very disrespectful.. if she wants to go home, don’t blame it on the paying customers, just call off or something.

We waited for ten minutes before anyone came to help us when 5 lady's talked like they was in a hen house then the lady who did finally took our order she got on her cellphone when was taking the order and she messed up our order when we did get it I will not be going back to this McDonald's again

The girl with multi colored braids needs more training, more days off, or more common sense. My husband placed an order on his app, I placed an order on my app. Walked into the restaurant and she had 1 bag with only 1 order but tried to put my receipt over his and give it to us. Then didn't give us our drinks, had to take our own cups. Plus gave us the wrong sauce.... ALL BAD

This is the best night crew I’ve ever came in contact with at a McDonald’s. Normally night crews are slower, not as engaged, and doesn’t care. This night crew is on top of their game. Quick. The food is great, service is even better. A big bonus, their ice cream machine is never down.

If want to support a restaurant that won't support its community by hiring a machine vs clerks than this is your store for the hundred cow sodium burger.. I will drive past this crappy mc d's every time.

Drove thru got a coffee. It is pretty empty it's sad I love their burgers but afraid now. In time in I will eat them again.
