Idk who was working today but ordered through DoorDash just to only get half of a container of fries and a small lemonade tea in replacement for a LARGE $5.99 frappe which is BS. Bag was sealed so I know dasher didn’t get to my food and checked for bag fries too in case they fell out. Requested a refund through app. Ordered between 12:30-1pm.

Worst McDonalds ever. The food is always old and even when I asked for fresh food they gave me old cheeseburgers. I even tried asking for no onions thinking they would be forced to make it fresh. Somehow they have managed to give old cheeseburgers still. I even asked for Military discount which they do have and was met with huffs and puffs from the cashier. I was forced to say forget about it.

Stopped by this location on the way home (45 minutes from this place) and ordered some mccrispy stripes through the app for convenience. Got home and looked at the order i was given ... 2 double quarter pounders with cheese and a 4 piece nuggets box... not even close to what I ordered nor anything anyone in my family will eat. Tried to call the store for a refund or to work something out (the foods crappy but not cheap) and they couldn't even be bothered to answer the phone so sent the call to voicemail which was full so no messages could be left. Worst experience ever and a real turn off so won't be purchasing anything from here ever again.

I order from this McDonald’s frequently. I can’t fit my car thru the tight turn into the drive thru so I order ahead with the app (highly recommend for the coupons/discounts). My order is always correct and ready quickly. Staff is always friendly.

How on earth, in the day of our lord 2025, is ordering McDonald’s such a complicated ordeal? Good grief. Poke about on a giant screen, which is glitchy, and be directed to order in an app. Which is also glitchy. After ordering, you get a ticket, but then you have to wait for a person to pay? This is such a depressing ordeal; the food is a shadow of its former self, the place is sad and gray, not a soul in the building is enjoying a single thing about the process… We ended up giving up, left, and went somewhere else. I’m not lovin’ it.

We are here from NC for a drill competition at the AF academy. We were sent out for a last minute food run for everyone at 645am. Other restaurants told us 1 hour to prepare 40 biscuits. This crew at this McDonald's had us ready in 15 minutes and were super friendly. Thank you guys.
Staff was friendly and helpful, always smiling! Restaurant was clean and had an inviting atmosphere. All the tables and seating was nice and clean and lighting was very gentle and warm. Overall would recommend eating here if you are in the area and want a cheap meal.

I have a love hate relationship with my local McDonald's. I enjoy their food more as I get older, if you order 1 off specifics from the app, you can actually get affordable reasonably balanced options
