If only there was a way to give no stars. Went earlier today and it was terrible. It had cold fries and they didn't taste fresh. But yet they parked me on fresh fries. If your going to park me for something, be honest about it. Also really messed up my cheese burger. I asked plain and they gave me everything plus mayo. Do not recommend.

I normally don't mind the minor inconveniences of this place, like the long wait for food, occasional forgotten kid's drink, no straws, broken ice cream machine, or even forgetting to not put tomatoes on my sandwich. I've worked fast food, I get it, it happens. But when I order a chicken sandwich and bite into a catcher's mit on a bun, it indicates a problem with leadership, particularly with upholding standards. That piece of sun-tanned leather never should have made it to the bun. I even had to wait while they overcooked it! This was the last straw. I will not be returning to this establishment. They have clearly given up.

I had just placed my order and was watching the employees. I seen an older gentleman with white hair, use his bare, un-gloved hands to put M&M's into a shake. I asked the manager about it and she said she would have him remake the shake. I told her it wasn't for my order. He ended up remaking the shake after he put on gloves, but that's just gross, especially with a pandemic going around... Most likely the last time I eat here...

You have to wait forever to get your food and there's no point in going through the drive thru since they make you park and wait for a good 10 minutes or so. So just order from the app beforehand, so you don't have to wait in the pick up spots.

Food is crusty, service is slow, but the thing that concerns me the most is seeing the employees enter the restroom with their aprons on. NOT hygienic and needs to be fixed ASAP.

My review and pictures were removed for some reason. Here it is again!!! I have never, NEVER had a good experience at this McDonalds. They never once have gotten my order right. Whether it is missing food, missing burger patties, cheese, they never have it right. This time i ordered a shamrock shack that is not mixed, and a delux quarter pounder with cheese without a tomato. This meal was $15.63, you have to be kidding me, this place needs new managment or to be shut down. It is an embarrassment for Peterson AFB and the Mc Donalds name. I will be driving to the Air Port location 5 min. down the road from now on. If you remove my review again ill repost it again, and again, and again.

I cant give it zero stars, it wont let me. This is truly a government operation here. Anytime, no matter time of day you will wait in the car line forever, only to be told to wait in some parking queue just to get a standard meal; so much for fast food. Today I ordered a big mac meal, after waiting the standard queue line of 10 minutes, I ended up missing a meat patty out of the burger. This will be the last time I every patronize this location in my life. replace this location with a Canes, in and out, or jimmy johns. but someone dump this franchise.

Only person in line still told to pull up to the curb and wait like they always do due to waiting on fresh fries. Still sitting at the curb 5 mins since told to pull forward no food. I bet the fries are not going to be fresh like always. I’m done with this McDonald’s.
