I will never support this establishment in particular again and neither should you.
Take your money to an operation who cares about their customers.
So to start this, I've worked customer service and fast food so I understand sometimes things go wrong.
This isn't just that.

This McDonald's served my one year old daughter EXPIRED apples that expired almost a full week ago and then would not own up to it and instead called me a liar saying they haven't been serving apples at all even though I have the apples in my hand and my receipt showing I bought apples. the manager on duty today 2/8/22 at 3:52 pm is a complete jerk and needs to be reprimanded for his horrific customer service. McDonald's is a fast food restaurant. The team was so attentive and helped with ordering. People are almost always friendly here and the food is most always fine. This has been one of the best McDonald's experiences. They came and checked on us multiple times. Customers have reported receiving the wrong orders, with incorrect ingredients or missing items. Some customers have reported poor customer service.
