This McDonald's is such a joke, i know when their "credit card machine" or "ice cream" machine is broken. Lol. I always bring cash or have a second option available when. It comes to this place. Its sad how poor quality McDonald's has come in colorado springs. But, im stuck going here for coffee late at night. Just make sure you have cash when you come here.Edit:After 3 years you'll think they learn something NOPE!! Morons strike again!!

Very disappointed in my service this morning when I got to the second one to get my order the coffee's not made correctly there's no ice in the ice coffee I have to ask for a second cup of ice and I ordered vanilla and I got plain no sugar no cream and definitely no vanilla. There is a new kid at the window doesn't even make any eye contact doesn't say thank you doesn't even say anything just shoves the food at you and closes the window. At least teach him how to make the coffees in the morning if you're going to put him in that placement. I come here everyday, maybe I should go to another McDonald's.

Open at 6am For lobby service is a lie. Anytime I come to take my kid for a special treat to eat breakfast with me they are never open yet the hours on the door say 6am . The food is always a 3 cause it ain't the healthy thing . So disappointing also mangers here must suck cause They can't even handle the job at opening the doors at the right time.

I've had bad experiences with McDonald's in other places, but this one I've not had a problem with in the 5 years I've lived here. Every so often, I have to pull forward and wait for my order, but not all the time. For the most part, the crew here is on point. I'll go for breakfast around 6 am, or dinner around 9 pm... always on point. The only thing they aren't consistent about is trying to suggestively sell me something. (The options below say you can recommend Burger Kings chicken nuggets, lol)
