I've had bad experiences with McDonald's in other places, but this one I've not had a problem with in the 5 years I've lived here. Every so often, I have to pull forward and wait for my order, but not all the time. For the most part, the crew here is on point. I'll go for breakfast around 6 am, or dinner around 9 pm... always on point. The only thing they aren't consistent about is trying to suggestively sell me something. The guy in the drive-thru was so stoned that he could barely take my order. I didn't get any dipping sauce even though I asked for ranch. I didn't get any ketchup even though I asked for ketchup. At least my fries were hot

The McDonald's on S Academy in Colorado Springs flat out sucks. Straight up, I Doordash. This particular place has 1 hour wait time after 8 p.m.. I don't care what they blame it on. Chain supply, lack of employee's, etc. But owners and McDonald's corp need to step the f*** up and understand that for every hour one employee works, you'll make a Billion in that same hour. For me, I get nothing but the chance to do free advertising for your corporate sponsors F*** you & McD's!
