local chain out of Denver! good deal, good food, nice to have the small gelato selection, tried Tirimisu, was delicious 💛 will be back again!
My family and I visited today and had a wonderful experience. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Everything was made to order and tasted incredibly fresh. I ordered the 10-inch Digirolomo, while my husband enjoyed the Chicken Parmesan—both were delicious. Our kids loved their pizzas as well, and the portion sizes were generous enough that we even had leftovers to take home.
What stood out most was the outstanding customer service. Even after one of our children accidentally spilled a drink, the staff was incredibly understanding, patient, and kind, which we truly appreciated.
Overall, we had a fantastic dining experience and would definitely recommend this restaurant to others.

The best pasta and pizza in all of colorado springs.
The best value for our family of 5, i didn't spend over $100 to take my family out!
After they got my order wrong they went above and beyond to make it right including a new pizza and some complimentary cannolis. I received fantastic customer service from the GM and opening staff on 6/19/26.

We are new from out of town and wanted to try a homestyle Italian family restaurant and found Mici. My family and I are extremely happy we decided to visit, the lady up front was very kind and knowledgeable about not only the food but the Mici history and could tell she valued and enjoyed her job. I got the spaghetti and meatball which was delicious, the red sauce had a ton of flavor and noodles were cooked perfectly. I’m not a big fan of the bread but my kids loved it. My kids got a cheese pizza, complimentary with an adult purchase which they really enjoyed. They even have gelato, We’re really happy with the food and service we received and are excited to be back.

We are from out of state & I was craving pasta since yesterday. Rather than trying a nearby chain, we chose to try it here since it seemed publicized as a family Italian restaurant.
It definitely didn’t feel that way.. it was more of fast food Italian rather than what I generally consider an Italian restaurant. The atmosphere felt cheapened & our “to-go” style paper cups were just as bad.
Unfortunately, my pasta did not come out as photographed and listed on the menu (no peas, no seasonings) … and they also didn’t serve it with garlic bread. I did ask, and they did bring me bread. However the taste felt like it was reheated or microwaved & the price didn’t feel fair for what was received in any respect. Especially for a $20 plate. 😣
Our plates all came out one at a time, my oldest having being finished before our other plates came out. She had a pesto pasta.
The remainer of my crew had pizza and a calzone and said they were better, but it certainly didn’t hit the craving of good, home cooked Italian food.
I was disappointed. If you’re looking for quick, or maybe a pizza— sure try it. But don’t come looking for a sit-down restaurant experience & meal. 😞

We have been going here for over 4 yrs, and always loved the food, whether it's the lunch special or the pasta and salad, it always tasted great, but I have been noticing the portions are getting less and the toppings on the pizza are half of what they put on before. I understand prices are going up, but don't let your quality go down. But, the food tastes good so I will not stop going there, I don't mind if they raise the price but at least keep it the same as it was years ago.
I came in and the women at the front was rude to me and had an attitude every time I would ask a question about any deals that they had, when the food came out it was alright except for a black hair I found in my Spaghetti and Meatball

Ordered online and was missing paid for ingredients. Even with them it would have been mediocre at best. Skimpy ingredients on both pizzas, little sauce, little cheese. Such a sad pizza. I should have driven to Dion’s.

Pasta was undercooked (tasted like dough) and Casa salad barely had any gorgonzola cheese I had to ask for some. So sad because it has potential. Also, why was some of the leaves in the salad wilted?

Pasta was overcooked. Sauces are bland. Garlic bread is ok.

Went here for my Birthday. This is one of my favorite places. The lasagna is my go too. They are fast and friendly, and the prices are very reasonable.

Recently tried this place for my mother's birthday. The food was great, no complaints. The staff was kinda rude and didn't care to offer any suggestions when asked.
