All 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from me! They check all of the boxes of having a successful, yummy Mexican food restaurant! Me and my family enjoy the culture just as much as the food, and this place has it ALL! We came in an hour before closing and our server was the sweetest. He answered all of our questions, and recommend a few of the items. I will be coming back for round two soon!

I ordered the POLLO AL GUAJILLO for lunch and it was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Tortillas and chips are made on site and are amazing. The staff is friendly and answered all of our questions. I’m very excited to go back and try more dishes. I’d give this place more stars if I could!

So there is a movement in Mexico to modernize and upscale the cuisine. While I think the cuisine in Mexico was always spot on, for like 1000 years, I respect the modernization movement. Milagro's is a modernist resturant and that means their riffs on classics are different but also excellent and it honestly reminds me of being in Mexico in upscale area's. If you haven't actually toured Mexico then you're seriously missing out, anyway, if you're looking for Mexican food you might encounter in Mexico in 2024+, here is a good place to start. It's really well thought out and I highly recommend.

A great addition to the north academy area! We got the chicken mole enchiladas and pork belly Al pastor tacos. We highly recommend!
