Visited tonight for the first time. Absolutely delish! Customer service was great! The chocolate covered strawberry milkshake was amazing! The rocky road chocolate bark was incredible! I will definitely be back very soon!! Please come to Melbourne Florida!
Our family loves the Milkshake Factory! So many delicious choices and the shakes are pretty big. The staff and owners are so friendly and welcoming. Their chocolates are also quite good and they usually have some kind of promotion for them, so go enjoy a shake there and then take some chocolates home. 😋
Everything we tried was delicious, and the flavors were balanced well. We also tried the chocolate covered marshmallows, and it was also scrumptious with balanced flavors.
Staff was full of smiles despite being very busy. One of the owners came out to say hello, and he was very nice. Atmosphere was clean.
