I'm a cook by trade, and I don't have a lot of time or money to eat out. I go to Moctezuma to experience delicacies that I cannot replicate at home. The depth of flavor when biting into a quesabirria, dipped in their house-made consume, is indescribable. Add some of the included caramelized onions, pickled jalapeños, and a squeeze of lime and you're good to go. Additionally, the beans are delicious and the rice is fluffy and well seasoned.

Long story short (too late), go get yourself a taco plate and tell your friends about your new favorite spot!

We got the order delivered to us and these were some of the best tacos! I highly recommend getting the quesabirria tacos and the pastor tacos. When we come back to Colorado Springs, we will be stopping by!

It’s outside, it’s a little hot and stuffy, but the food is actually pretty good and they got great service. Good people stop by and try something yourself and tell me what you think.

This is the third time we’ve ordered from here and I must say it’s been AMAZING every time. Flavor is wonderful, portions are good sized family of 7 we appreciate that. We will definitely be making this our go to splurge day meal.

I come here after work and have absolutely been amazed every time. I look forward to getting their tacos; they’ve definitely got the best birria in town, and I’ve tried a lot of the competition, (it’s what I personally recommend!). The price is phenomenal for the type of quality I taste in the food. I have yet to be disappointed by anything! The people behind this business are wonderful and kind every time I’ve come, and they’ve got a really cute set up to eat at with music and tables. I really like this spot for lunch! ☺️

I literally look forward to ordering your food! For the past year everything I’ve ordered has been phenomenal, the presentation AND taste.
