Functional with basic food and drink. Service was good.

What a nice surprise to find this lounge at the Colorado Springs airport! My husband is the primary cardholder on our Capital One Venture X card, and they welcomed me in without any problem.

It was comfortable, the staff was friendly, the food was decent, and they had the World Cup games on. They also offered free alcoholic drinks along with other beverages.

This is such a great perk to have in a smaller airport like COS. It made waiting for my flight so much more pleasant.

Small lounge. Biggest concern is u predictable opening hours which sometimes closes at 2pm but sometimes later.

Very small, can get crowded. Food options are ok. Service was nice. Check in process can be funky.

As airport lounges go, this is a sorry place. The food is plastic and it’s a tiny little place.

Why is a lounge closed at 2pm on a Friday!? Please improve your hours.

Small, but nice lounge with bar and basic finger foods/light meals. Can get crowded with limited seating, but appropriate for the airport size.

Built with a window that is blocked by airport equipment. Staff was almost non existent. Food was morning hotel breakfast buffet quality. Not bad but not good enough to want to return

Very small airport that’s easy to get around. They have a lounge that is quaint, but it’s a lounge.

Staff were not pleasant. It felt like you bother them when you asked for something.
Better to spend the money in the bar

The lounge is small, but the staff is friendly and do a great job. There are no restrooms, but that's not a big deal in such a small airport. The food is good, and consists of soup, salad, small sandwiches, desserts, vegetables, and pasta or rice with chicken of some sort. It sets crowded easily, but most people aren't there long. It's a nice spot to get a drink and snack.

It’s great having a lounge at COS; especially being a weekly flyer. However, this lounge is tiny and closes at 2:00pm (which is baffling). Service is really hit or miss, too.

I hope this lounge gets bought out and is no longer managed by Global Lounge Network. I suspect better management would lead to a better customer experience. If you look at their reviews at other airports, they’re consistently terrible.
