I absolutely love the airport. But this is a review of the COS airport valet which I recommend not using. I dropped my vehicle off on Saturday and just picked it up on Monday. I took a photo of the mileage when I handed over the keys and took a photo of it the moment I got back in the vehicle. When I picked it up, it had been driven 17 miles! SEVENTEEN! I can understand maybe 1-2 miles total for parking it and pulling it up, but even that is being generous. When I got in, the passenger side seat had been moved way back, and there was an alert on my dash that the leveling system needed to be serviced. The alignment is horribly off and there is a large scratch on the front. I called and asked to speak to the supervisor and told them what had happened. She just kept saying that the 17 miles was because they ‘warmed it up for almost 25 minutes’ before I got in 🤦🏼‍♀️ I warm my car up in the mornings and it doesn’t change the mileage. Let alone nearly 20 miles 🙄 I’m going to have to take it in now and get some major work done on it because the leveling system doesn’t work at all anymore and the body work for the scratches. I’m not sure who else to reach out to because they are obviously denying it. I might have to file a police report seeking security footage because it was obviously theft of my vehicle and they caused thousands of dollars in damage to my lowering system, etc.

The airport is much easier to navigate than DEN. However, during my recent experience at the TSA PreCheck security line, I encountered significant difficulty verifying my identity using my Real ID license issued by the state of Florida. After two unsuccessful attempts to match my photo, Linda, the initial agent, requested assistance, citing discrepancies related to my “eye slants.” A second agent took another photo and I explained that I have faced issues with this newer photo verification process in the past. Previously, a TSA agent suggested that the barcode on my license might be damaged, but this was the first time I was informed that my eye shape was problematic. The second agent then involved a third agent, who began questioning me extensively: confirming my address, whether I was a resident of Colorado, and requesting details about my other residences and forms of ID. Despite my cooperation, the third agent left to bring in a police officer, signaling disbelief in my identity. During this time, I informed Linda that I had my passport, which she used, along with another photo, to verify my identity. Notably, my passport photo is approximately 10 years old, while the photo on my license is around 3 years old. When the third agent returned with a police officer, he continued to express skepticism based on personal bias, noting differences between my current appearance and the photo on my license (such as wearing makeup in the photo but not that day). His tone suggested that my multiple residences in different states further influenced his doubts. This entire encounter was embarrassing, unnecessarily prolonged, and felt discriminatory. I believe this situation requires review to ensure fair treatment and consistency in TSA procedures.

Has been a great airport for our family since I could remember being little and running around. It is a small airport but has definitely grown alot in the past 10 years and very glad to see so many new destinations and hope more none stop flights will be available for them soon too.

Empty and bare. Last day it’s open as they’re moving to a new lounge in construction.A++ service at desk.

Nice lounge in the COS airport, some light snacks and drinks. No alcohol. The guy at the front desk was kind of rude and spoke low -potentially lacks social aptitude, just show him your pass and carry on.Coffee is good for what it is. The picture on the review is essentially the extent of what they serve.

Lounges don’t get worse than this. Pray that something new comes with the construction happening in the terminal and if not maybe they will replace the broken coffee machine. It’s been about a year since it broke.

The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because the food and drink selection is very limited. Other than that it is fantastic!!

I was actually surprised that there was actually a lounge at such a small airport but here I am it is a nicely appointed and comfortable lounge minus the hustle and bustle of the bigger ones very quiet during my visit as well however there really isn’t much offered small snacks, coffee machine a few sodas and juice and a couple candy bowls no bathrooms either they are outside to the right as you leave nothing hot offered unless you count the coffee I had a short layover so it wasn’t a huge deal but it has to be noted

The worst lounge I’ve been to. Don’t rush to the airport to “enjoy” this place. No bar, no snacks, no attendant. It’s a relaxing place to sit and wait but so is the rest of the

I wasn’t expecting much based on previous reviews. It is a small airport so you truly can’t expect much. I will say there seems to be some recent improvements based on what I have read from previous reviews. There were plenty of cheap snacks available and a brand new Nescafé espresso machine during my visit. It is quiet and small. Had no problems entering with Priority Pass. It is an upgrade over the rest of the terminal as long as you have free access.

Very small space. Not a lot of food options.

Is it a quiet place to sit and relax? Sure. (But so is the rest of the airport). This is probably the weakest link at the ever improving COS Airport. No attendant (honor system to sign in).Want coffee or snacks? Coffee maker is often not working. Snacks are mediocre. Priority lounges in the US are generally not as great as internationally but this one is by far the worst.Manage your expectations before rushing early to the airport to take advantage of your lounge pass.
