Our flight was delayed. The Grill was closed. The manager, Ela, and the bartender, Allison, opened up and welcomed and served about 40 people. They couldn't have been more pleasant. We very much appreciated their efforts!!
Had the breakfast burrito. It was better than fast food but nothing to write home about. Like many other people said, not enough staff and food portion size is small compared to the price even for airport food. You can order from the table through an app but the waiter told me, she does not see the drink order. Only the kitchen see the food order.
I arrived at the airport 3 hours early to a flight that a should have missed because it got delayed. I was able to sit down at the bar and had two well needed and delicious Moscow Mules made by Charles! I want to give a shout out to Charles for being such a great and personal individual! What a great individual to have greeting so many different people who walk through the doors of the Colorado Springs Airport!
