Good little spot. Don't let the dirty glass doors when you enter put you off too much. The food is actually very good and comes with very good portions. The Lady behind the counter was very friendly and really set the tone with her friendly service.

I recently visited Migu Ramen & Poke again and was disappointed to find that the quality was noticeably different from my previous experience. The Tonkotsu ramen, which I had enjoyed before, was not the same this time. The broth was overly salty, while the corn and vegetables tasted bland and lacked freshness.

I also ordered the takoyaki, but it was covered with an excessive amount of glaze, which overpowered the flavor of the dish. I'm not sure what has changed, but the overall taste and quality of the food seem to have declined.

While I would still recommend it as a convenient option for a quick bite, it would no longer be my first choice for ramen based on this experience.

This was my first time there I had the teriyaki bowl it was fantastic and the teriyaki sauce went down through the rice and the rice was fantastic. I will be back.

We’ve been coming to this specific Mugi Ramen for a couple of years now and it’s always a treat. Their poke bowls are fresh and great but the star of the show is their ramen. The broth specifically is creamy, savory, and has the umami flavor we all love in ramen. Tonkotsu or Miso is what my family and I get. I specifically get the spicy miso ramen. I love the chasu, eggs, and toppings. Bathrooms are always clean, drinks are always in service and they’re ALWAYS friendly and welcoming. I did find out they make it fresh every day and import certain ingredients from Japan to make it just right. It’s the best ramen in CO springs! I highly recommend and wish them all the best in their family and business! We’re repeat customers at least twice a month if not more! Thank you Mugi Ramen 🍜❤️

If you think dining in is a concrete floor with metal uncomfortable chairs with a noise level so you can't talk, this place is for YOU. It wasn't bust but sounds were amplified...even the movement of those chairs. Good luck here.

We had the pleasure of grabbing dinner at my dear friend Julia’s restaurant, Mugi Ramen, tonight and honestly, the entire experience was just wonderful. Especially since we had the chance to spend the evening dining with Julia and eating incredible food that was absolutely spot on. It is rare to find a spot where the vibes are just as good as the menu, but if you’re looking for authentic ramen, this is the place highly recommend! Thank you Julia Fan!
