The smoothies are fine but the employees need a lot of customer service training. No one said hi or acknowledged us at all when we walked in, and then 6 more people walked in after us every few minutes and no one said hi or acknowledged any of them either. There was one person making smoothies and she didn’t even go get help until there was a line at the register. They took 30 min to make two smoothies, literally we were the first ones in there and it took 30 minutes to get our smoothies. Then they got the order wrong and put the wrong protein in the smoothies which is a big deal when you have pea protein vs whey protein. They didn’t even offer to remake the smoothies. Very rude employees that need to learn customer service basics. 1/27/24

If I could rate this place a zero, I would. Terrible customer service experience. Received the wrong order . Did not get an apology and instead was told to get out. Sometimes, all you need is to admit you made a mistake and get an apology to fix a negative situation. Will no longer shop here.

What a great place for a good smoothie bowl! They got ice cream and other treats for a good healthy lunch! Very friendly staff and good prices for a large amount of food, highly recommend it!

The gentleman working on 12/24 Christmas Eve was very efficient and professional. Despite having a few orders and people at the same time he kept everyone informed and acknowledged guests excellently. My smoothie I got was amazing, esp for a pickup order! It was done a few minutes early. Thank you so much to this kind and hardworking staff member, Merry Christmas!!

First time coming to Nekter and will not be coming back. The smoothies were ok, but there was only one other person in the store when we came in, and no employee visible (she was in the back of the store). We waited about 5 minutes to even be acknowledged and 30 minutes later we were still waiting for our order. There was only one employee working and several people came in after us. Some people saw the wait and just walked out. I get that the employee had 1-2 mobile orders, but it took way too long to even do those before ours. And she should have told us that it was going to be a long wait. Not worth my time.

This is such a cute little space. The chairs were really comfy and we really liked our pumpkin drinks that we got ❤️ totally recommend this place. Wayne was really nice and professional.

It’s definitely changed since they re- opened. Atmosphere isn’t as cheery and fun. Staff used same gloves on cash register to make food and handle bananas etc. disappointed for sure.
