Best bakery in Colorado Springs, hands down! Their bread is amazing. It's chewy on the middle and fabulously crunchy on the outside. Best bakery in Colorado by far! Freshly milled sourdough and at high altitude, its so hard to replicate at home. Just off the Santa Fe trail so we make a bike date out of it every Saturday morning and the owner is always there with a kind smile. Live orchestra music makes the line go by fast and sometimes there are local fresh flowers available! Better than any of the farmer's markets in town! It's my favorite part of the week. Love this place. They have some of the best bread I've found in the United States. I now live in Wisconsin but every time I visit family I have to stop and get a half dozen or more baguette. They have a nut bread that my mom loves and my sister goes for their cookies and pastries. Would definitely recommend.
