Noodles and Company

One of the best Noodles and Company locations I've been to! I have a Gluten Allergy and they specifically asked if my choice in gluten-free noodles was a preference or an allergy. They then explained that the grilled chicken can be put in the oven to avoid cross contamination, which I've only had one other location do. Very nice employees and the food was great!

This is the second time I’ve come here and I just find the food nasty. Last time I got the chicken Parmesan and it came out in a container like it was pre made and they simply put it in a microwave. This time I got the bacon Mac n cheese and it is just purely nasty. The bacon seems like bacon bits, the cheese is just nasty and processed and I got Parmesan crusted chicken and it was the thinnest pieces of hard processed chicken I’ve ever had. Overall the service was great but the food is just nasty. The sad thing is it looks super good but once consumed it’ll change your mind.

food was good, and alora at the front was very kind and helpful. but, upon entering, trinity, looked at her coworker and rolled her eyes so hard. we walked in at 8:15pm and they said they couldn’t give me parm chicken because their grill was turned off. it took ten minutes for me to receive my regular mac and cheese; they were all standing there, hugging each other, laughing, and not making my food. it wasn’t until we asked about our food that they actually started making it. i usually love coming to this noodles but the customer service tonight was absolutely horrid and should be brought to the general manager’s attention.

Honestly, this was my first time trying noodles and company.

I was blown away by the quality of food and service. Tessa was great to interact with and I hope she stays there for a good time.

For food, I had the bacon chicken alfredo, where I was blown away by how tasty and how good the portion sizes were. I was full before even finishing the meal, keep in mind, I'm a bigger dude.

Coming back again for sure.

Sienna was super sweet & professional, and all the staff is always efficient. 5 stars ☺️✨

My friend & I had lunch here recently & we were definitely satisfied. The staff were excellent & it wasn't crowded the whole 2 hours we were. The noodles were quite tasty. I highly recommend the pesto.

Good food with great customer service. After ordering a small size entree, I realized the cashier charged me for a regular size. I told them I didn't want the regular, because I watch my calories and that's why I ordered the small. The manager refunded my meal in full ( no charge) and since they had already made the larger size, they packaged up the difference and asked if I wanted to take it home for another meal. I ended up gifting that food to someone who needed it much more than me, so thank you ladies. Just wanted to let you know you're act of kindness was paid forward.

To the blonde cook that took my order tonight (Oct 15, 2023 ~8:15pm): You made my heart melt. I was having a really rough day, and just wanted to treat myself with what money i had, but my card had declined so I had to transfer some money from my savings, and your kindness and compassion and idk, just thank you, I really appreciate it. I needed to be reminded that people still have empathy.

Holy shoot. Never seen a staff team so high. Gave the guy in front of me someone else's order twice. I don't even know if he got the right thing. He just walked away with third bag. Didn't even seem to register to the employees. Glazed as they call it.

The food was pretty good this time. Twice previously I have gotten moldy ingredients.
