Noodles and Company

I made an order of the Japanese pan noodles, and when I got my plate, it seemed as though they had put the vegetables on the top without cooking them. They were very hard and I assumed raw. So I went back and gave on my plate and told them that The vegetables that are mixed in my noodles are too hard the raw could they please make me another with the vegetables properly sauté. They came back with my plate and a small container of cooked vegetables. They did not make me a new plate. And when the guy gave them to me, he asked me if I would like him to pick out the other vegetables for me and I can just throw the new ones on top. 😳

I was actually grossed out and I think the level of customer Service was not up to par.
If you didn’t do it right the first time, then just redo it. 🤷🏻‍♀️
The idea that I have to pick out old vegetables with my fingers (or have someone else do it) one by one is just gross 🤢 and then dump a new cup of vegetables on top????? 🤔
it just below standard and even after I commented on it, they still did not offer to make me a new plate. I will not be revisiting this location again.
I was treated w/ POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ….no consideration or proper food handling.
I was just UNDERWHELMED at my experience with this location. 👎🏼

This an excellent Noodles and Company. I love this place and have been traveling visiting others along the way and though I haven't ran into one I don't like this is the best thus far🥰 Chloe was the person who helped me with my order and also made it. She is very helpful, kind and my lunch was beyond yummy🤤😋 I'm so glad I came here. Stay kind everyone✌️

The prices are insane for some noodles and sauce. I could go to a real restaurant for the prices they charge. noodles and co lost their minds. They need to remember who they are, it's fast food not fine dining.

Took my daughter out for a daddy daughter lunch date and she loved it. Even as a really picky eater, she ate her whole bowl.

they gave me incorrect information saying I couldn’t receive my rewards but then went to a store that knew what they were talking about and helped me and was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the reward system this store knew nothing and refused to help just said I couldn’t do which I could have . Just think they should know this kind of information so there not wasting more people time .

I could complain about other items in my order but the hair entwined in my rice crispy took the cake! Might want to visit another location! (100% not mine; I have jet black hair and all my family has dark hair).

I came in expecting a stiff experience and came out with a limp noodle! 🍜

The order taker here was cute and awesome which made me feel nice and the food even more delicious.

Food is usually awesome, occasionally good.

Came in tonight got the Japanese Pan noodles and the potstickers. Noodles were good but the pot stickers weren't cocked proper and were slimy and raw. Ate 3 before realizing this is not what potstickers are sapposed to look like.

They used to be my favorite restaurant as I had been going for years, but about three years ago, their portions were reduced to being so small and their prices were jacked up to being so overpriced, that being a senior on a very fixed income, I no longer am interested or able to go there

Restaurant was clean, food is good as always. I love the Mac and cheese. Got a free cookie for filling out a survey. The cashier Morgan was very friendly and helpful

I ordered the pesto cavatappi and this is what I received lol

Ordered online for pick up on a very slow day, paid over $40 and the person working the counter clearly was not paying attention at all to my order. No plastic ware when it clearly said so, no crackers when I ordered extra, no kids juice or apple sauce. I don’t know you become this incompetent at your job when no one else was in the whole restaurant! Very poor service
