The service here was fantastic. They accidentally forgot to make our steamed dumplings and it was not a big deal since me and my boyfriend were not in a big rush, but the manager and the the other staff member told us what went wrong right away, and then they gave us a coupon and a free drink. I wish I remember their names to give them credit here but great job on the staff here.
We ordered from the Nevada location, and meant to order from the Southgate location. The Southgate location made our order right away and Nevada location credited us. So appreciate the outstanding customer service!
