Probably one of the best plates of shrimp alfredo I've ever had.

Bowman definitely deserves a raise! He is always on top of things and runs a good crew! Awesome attitude and nice clean place to sit down and enjoy some good food

Everything was great and well done and made. The guy at the register said if you leave a survey that’s at the bottom of the receipt and show them you get a dessert. I finish the fantastic food and complete the survey and go to the front to show the guy just to end up waiting for 10 min and no acknowledgment whatsoever so I left. I understand it’s busy and you gotta take orders but seriously I’m the only one standing right there. Would’ve been 5 stars if it wasn’t for that.

I love this place the best thing to eat is the pulled pork Mac and cheese. Bowman is the nicest and he is amazing with customer service. I love when he is working.

Placed order inside restaurant. When went to pay with cash, informed couldn't take cash tonight. Wish they would let you know as greet you and take order.
Disappointing.

Dear Management, I have always had a good experience at this location, but I was floored hearing employees talk about me the way the did right in front of me. 3/21 evening. When I called to make a complaint I was told no management was out of town and (j) is handling things. I have always loved this location. But hearing kids talking crap in my face, because I asked for help finding my previous order is over the top.

I had Pad Thai with shrimp, which was delicious and reasonably priced. The employees were certainly friendly. It took 20 mins during the lunch rush which seemed a bit long to wait on a quick-service restaurant, given the food was ready a good 5 minutes before I received it. Speed of service was the only issue.

It had been a while since we’d visited Noodles & Company, and we were excited to try the new flavors. My wife got the Cajun Shrimp Fettuccine and really enjoyed it. I ordered the Crispy Bacon Chicken Alfredo, but the “alfredo” flavor was completely missing – it just tasted buttery, but in a Greasy-Buttery way that I couldn't fix. I kept hoping the sauce was underneath, but nope. Being a 15 minute drive back to the restaurant, I eventually just threw it out and had some sad cereal instead. It was disappointing after really looking forward to trying that new flavor. I know the restaurant industry has had a tough time since COVID, so I’m sharing this in hopes it helps this location catch issues like this and improve. But.... noticing the management didn't reply to these reviews. Sad. :(

Completely horrible experience from start to end. Helped someone that budged in line to the right of the counter before me when I was in line. Wrong and missing items in my order. Beyond disappointed!

The noodles that we had were so flavorful and cooked perfectly. It did not get any protein to go with our noodles but wow when you walk in does it smell good?? Yes it does!!!
